You will participate in the development of strategies for assigned categories by conducting an assessment of a category current and future needs, analysis of market trends and potential suppliers, analysis of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and opportunities to leverage changes in processes, systems and product/services, and estimating timing and level of savings capture.

What a Compliance Manager does at Visa:

Based in Singapore, this position will support the Currencycloud APAC Head of Compliance and Regulatory who is also the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) of Visa’s regulated entity as a Major Payments Institution (MPI) in Singapore, covering AML/CFT and Sanctions compliance matters. This position will be reporting to the Currencycloud APAC Head of Compliance and Regulatory based in Singapore and is a newly created position as part of Visa’s expansion plans within the APAC region.

The core responsibilities for this role are as follows:

·       Support Singapore MLRO in the development and maintenance of robust AML/CFT and Sanctions frameworks which are in line with the Singapore’s Payment Services Act (PSA) and the relevant subsidiary legislations issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as well as Visa’s Global Compliance and other International AML/CFT and Sanctions standards. This includes preparation of responses in relation to any request for information from regulatory authorities on a timely basis and/or during regulatory inspections.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Partner Manager to develop and lead our partner program. Key Responsibilities

Develop the Partner Program:

• Design and implement a comprehensive partner program, including onboarding processes, training, certifications, and incentive structures.
• Define tiers, benefits, and requirements for partners to encourage engagement and growth.

Build and Manage Partner Network:

• Identify, recruit, and onboard resellers and implementation partners globally or regionally.

Drive Partner Sales and Growth:

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in partner management, channel sales, or business development within the software or IT industry.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling partner networks.
• Strong understanding of reseller and implementation partner dynamics.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
