The Opportunity

The Programmatic Specialist (Senior Executive) reports into the Regional Business Director and is responsible for strategic planning, activation and optimisation of programmatic campaigns end-to-end.

• Manage daily requests, workflow & relationships
• Produce and present recommendations that evolves current client approach

Singapore Health Services, commonly known as SingHealth, is the largest group of healthcare institutions in Singapore. Your team

You’ll be working in the FX Operations team in Singapore. We work closely with the Front office and Ops stakeholders to provide day to day support, assist in meeting their objectives and strategies for the FX business. Day to Day desk support – including confirmation, settlement, post-settlement, trade life cycle management & reconciliations.

Your expertise

You have:

• Solid interpersonal and client-relationship skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• 3+ years FX operations experience or related function
• Excellent Excel skills
• Some VBA / Alteryx skills and experience of building tactical reconciliations would be highly beneficial
• Good understanding of Risk/control environments with proven track record
• Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and understand how to prioritize
• Strong FX product knowledge
• Risk and control mindset, familiar with operation escalation protocol and sensitive to potential red flag in the F2B processes.

The Wealth Management APAC Wealth Management Corporate Actions team covers front to back processing of all income events and corporate actions across equities, bonds, funds, structured products, and private equity in all global markets.

You’ll be working in the APAC Wealth Management Corporate Actions Team in Singapore. This role will predominantly focus on the day to day support of the Corporate Actions team. Interaction with others in your team will be high.

Your role

Do you have a sharp eye for detail? Are you known for hitting deadlines? We’re looking for someone like that to help us in:

• Monitoring and processing all corporate action and income events on a daily basis
• Liaising with Portfolio Managers for elections and communicating them to custodian banks
• Calculating cash and holding positions, post cash and stock transactions
• Ensuring that queries, exceptions and event reconciliation discrepancies are investigated and resolved
• Working effectively with the team towards achieving business goals
• Performing quality checks and controls

Your team

You will work in Corporate Actions Team in Singapore. Team is responsible for research and maintenance of Corporate Actions in APAC region, with a view to collecting Portfolio Managers’ responses, reflecting them in systems, instructing the custodians, posting cash and stock transactions in our accounting system and reconciling positions.

Working hours fall between 9:00 and 18:00.

• Experience of corporate action management / operational experience
• Previous client service experience and a strong ability to interact with and support client requirements
• Self starting team player
• Analytical and quantitative aptitude
• Adaptability to learn new tasks and demonstrate a willingness to understand the detail of a process.
• Control focused
• Understanding of process flows: Ability to look at the overall process and explain it to others.

You are:

• Very good in written and spoken English
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable in prioritizing workload and working under pressure, with tight deadlines

• Develop efficient and cost-effective transport providers in coordination with the global team (logistics and procurement).
• Independent control and supervision in a superior way of service providers according to the agreed KPI.
• Negotiation with service providers and their selection in cooperation with the central procurement department.
• Regional air and ocean freight rates benchmarking on a frequent basis.
• Advise the local warehouses and sales affiliates on all logistics issues with focus on processes, costs, quality, risk and customer requirements.
• Receiving, reviewing and implementing internal and external logistic customer requirements with local DC.
• Oter adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements :

• Min Diploma/ Degree with relevant years of experience.
• SAP LE module is a must. WM experience is a plus.
