As a Client Service Specialist, you’ll be responsible for the review of material flow parameters and recommend appropriate levels to support business and customer requirements. He/She will lead new customer integration by coordinating internally with cross functional teams and externally with business partners. Job Scope:

* Assist clients with Novation Agreements and maintain contracts/POs in SAP.

* Source and notify clients of tender/quotation opportunities.

* Support clients in document submissions and ensure compliance with deadlines.

* Verify and maintain awarded contracts and POs in SAP, resolving discrepancies.

* Handle extension requests for tenders/quotations.

* Conduct ingredient checks and consult with the regulatory team as needed.

• Hands on SAP HRIS system preferred.
