About Child Protection Specialist Centre (CPSC):

We are dedicated to providing quality home-based services and support to families and children experiencing abuse or severe neglect at home. Referrals are received from the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) Child Protection Services to assist families and children identified as needing non-statutory services and support. Position

The department is responsible for development and maintenance of Capital Market IT applications (in-house and package) used worldwide, covering Front Office (Murex, Apex, Orchestrade…), Back Office (Summit, Calypso…), Market data referential (Asset Control..), Market Risk (in-house application on big data technologies).

The FX IT division works across the full value chain to sustain business activity and enable its acceleration (thru integration of new financial products, optimizing and automating front to back business processes).

This role is to support the Calypso back office package as part of the “run the bank” function. It requires a deep understanding of the nature of business operations, timing of activities & data flowing through internal and external systems. The build and support team continuously works with business users, infrastructure engineers and system managers.

Main responsibilities

• Application Monitoring

- Define and implement the needed application monitoring for timely incident detection. Use monitoring as code whenever possible.

- Supervise and monitor daily and monthly batch chains, which take place during the Singapore morning and early afternoon time, to ensure that problems are swiftly analyzed and resolved to minimize down-time.

- Process and issue daily, weekly and monthly reporting on data quality.

- Streamline processes to minimize manual intervention.

• Incidents and Requests management (from business users and other IT teams)

- Provide level 2 application support to back office users.

- Analyse and manage incidents/requests.

- Coordinate incidents impacting several teams.

• Problem Management and continuous improvement

- Identify recurring problems and eliminate them.

- Provide requirements to build team for bug fixing and improvements.

- Prepare and maintain knowledge base for each of the applications in the scope of the team in coordination with build team and operations team.

- Put in place trainings for business users to reduce the number of daily requests from business to IT.

- Process improvements.

- Coach more junior team members as required.

Qualifications and Profile

• Minimum 5 years hands on experience with Calypso as a back office.
• Basic knowledge of Java, PL/SQL & Linux.

Position

Data Security Specialist- Data Security and Endpoint Security

Data Security Specialist is a technical Specialist role within the Data Security Services team and will be responsible for managing, administration and supporting the Data Security and Endpoint Security technologies for the bank.

Functional
