Responsibilities:

• Assist the procurement team with sourcing and purchasing goods and services
• Maintain accurate records of all procurement transactions
• Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes, negotiate prices, and place orders
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management
• Prepare and maintain procurement reports and documentation
• Assist with invoice processing and payment tracking
• Assisting with small value purchases and procurement matters (i.e. ITQ, RFQs, etc..)
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• Diploma in business administration, supply chain management, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in procurement or administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
