Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in retail, sales, or deal management, preferably in consumer electronics or home appliances.
• Strong knowledge of promotion mechanics, discount strategies, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills with a passion for enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Proven ability to work in a retail environment and manage multiple customers simultaneously.
• Skilled in closing deals and cultivating customer loyalty.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Minimum PSLE with pass in English
• Willing to work on rotating shifts including weekends
• Experience not required as training will be provided
• Flexible roster planning
• 12-hours shift (Day / Night)

Salary Package

High salary for high productivity; Earn up to S$4,000.00 per month!
