• Building relationships with suppliers and negotiating with them for the best price, quantities, and delivery timescales.
• Window person to Suppliers and their counterparts.
• Work with vendors and internal stakeholders on the daily operational purchasing duties.
• Explore, select, evaluate, review, and manage the performance of suppliers.
• Prepare accurate and timely reporting of monthly cost savings.
• Sourcing, negotiating, and evaluating prospective suppliers.
• Manage PO issuance, and monitor shipments, and delivery dates.
• Undertake any ad-hoc roles assigned by the superior.

ABILITY/COMPETENCY REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing of machinery and parts would be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of RPA, Power BI would be a plus point.
• Energetic, Self-driven, and possess a good working attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and troubleshooting skills.
