The Oracle PaaS Integration Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). The role requires deep technical expertise in Oracle SQL/PLSQL and experience with various Oracle PaaS (Platform as a Service) technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) to support business applications and processes.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Oracle SQL/PLSQL scripts for data integration and transformation tasks.
• Work with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to design integration flows between Oracle and non-Oracle systems.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions.
• Ensure best practices are followed for design, development, and deployment of integration solutions, with a focus on security, scalability, and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across various Oracle PaaS solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to other teams involved in Oracle PaaS integration projects.
• Optional: Work with Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) for low-code application development and integration purposes.
• Optional: Develop and manage reports using BIP/OTBI for enhanced reporting capabilities within the Oracle ecosystem.

Mandatory:

• Oracle Data Integrator (ODI): Strong experience in ODI for data integration, ETL, and transformation tasks.
• Oracle SQL/PLSQL: Expertise in writing complex queries, stored procedures, triggers, and database performance optimization.
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC): Proficient in building and managing integrations between on-premise and cloud-based applications using OIC.

Good to Have:

• Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS): Experience with low-code application development and UI design.
• BI Publisher (BIP) / Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI): Experience with developing reports and analytics using Oracle reporting tools.

We are looking to welcome a Customer Service Specialist (Japanese speaking) to join our Global Customer Service Department. You will work as an integral part of the department by providing outstanding customer service to our internal and external customers and report to the Customer Service Manager.

What you'll be doing:

• Take ownership of customer queries received via phone, email, live chat, and in-person through to resolution in line with policies/procedures, KPI, and Customer First training best practices. Striving to increase customer satisfaction/first-time resolution and reduce the need for customers to contact. 
• Respond to customer queries via the daily retention queue in a timely and professional manner, providing price quotes, lapsed lists, and denial data to prevent lost revenue.
• Provide support with the monitoring of retention campaign performance and perform data cleansing after each campaign, reporting regularly and identifying opportunities to improve campaigns.
• Using SAP/Salesforce to manage and take responsibility for the processing of orders, invoices, quotes, returns, and claims in a timely and accurate manner, responding appropriately and swiftly to queries, problems, and special requests from customers, accelerating these to team leaders and managers where appropriate.
• Resolve product or service problems/queries by clarifying customer issues, determining the root cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to the problem, expediting corrections/adjustments, and following up to ensure resolution.
• On the back of customer contacts review the customer self-help portals and suggest new content or amendments to the relevant team.
• Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or suggest amendments to relevant teams.
• Play an active role in the achievement of department goals by assisting with all types of work across the department as needed. Work effectively with the team to achieve individual, team, and departmental objectives, sharing knowledge and skills as appropriate.
• Provide support to team members, assisting with training if appropriate.
• Achieve personal objectives and, work to agreed KPIs and targets including quality assurance.
• In addition to the above, this role will be expected to help with projects and workload as determined by business needs and the Manager.

• Liaise with Engineers & Managers on their purchase requirements.
• Source and negotiate for equipment and supplies.
• Evaluate suppliers based on quality standards, delivery, prices etc
• Process purchase requisition, create and match POs in SAP etc.
• Review and follow-up on tender bids and documentation.
• Provide administrative support as assigned.

• Min Diploma or university degree in Procurement, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management preferred
