We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Multimedia Artist & Content Specialist with expertise in content creation, graphic design, animation and visual communication. Key Responsiblities:

8. Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of content and design initiatives, making data-driven optimizations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.
2. Proven experience in content creation, grapgic design, animation and visual communication, preferrably in an agency environment.
3. Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) and content management systems.
4. Familiarity with algorithms and best practices of social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tiktok, Youtube, XiaoHongShu, etc)
5. A robust portfolio showcasing creative work, including content and graphic design projects.
6. Analyical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
7. Excellent communication and presentational skills for client-facing interactions.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
9. Strong sense of visual aesthetics with keen eye for detail and storytelling.

We are representing our client, a local church organisation to look for an experienced HR Operations Specialist to complement the existing team.

This role delivers the HR Value Proposition, in support of the People Strategy, through the efficient and efficacious functioning of HR processes. This includes staff attraction, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, learning and development, SDR process and HRIS.

Responsibilties

• Flexible and Hybrid way of work post-pandemic. Contribute to building a collaborative and relational culture.
• Implement staff attraction and recruitment processes to meet staffing needs and build pipeline. Manage vendors (ministry support), polytechnic or university interns (if any).
• Manage Confirmation Assessment process, Staffing-related Contracts Renewal and Exit-related processes.
• Work with Payroll Vendor to ensure monthly payroll is processed accurately and on a timely basis. This includes following up on the payroll process, verifying and approving payroll reports, and addressing Board Chairman and Treasurer queries if any.
• Support the full implementation of the Staff Development Review Process annually.
• Coach supervisors and staff on Staff Development Review related conversations and processes.
• Deepen the Pre-Boarding and Onboarding engagement experience to ease contextual transition to full-time ministry.
• Build up learning journeys as part of L&D roadmap. Consolidate & review staff development needs via annual SDR process.
• Ensure data integrity of HR Information System, in consultation with external vendor.
• Be familiar with the HRIS for annual data rollover, including leave & claims.
• Support HR site administration in Sharepoint in consultation with IT.
• Ensure HR information such as organization chart and staff announcements etc. are updated regularly.
• HR Projects - This may include Staff Wellness, Digital or Productivity-related continuous improvement projects.
• Survey Support for Ministry of Manpower, SNEF surveys as needed.
• Address staff-related queries to above-mentioned.
• Staff participation in church-wide events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong HR operations experience and In-depth knowledge of local employment law in accordance with TAFEP guidelines, IRAS and CPF Act is required.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Digitally-saavy and experience with HR systems is required.

Job Description:

• Strategically plan, execute and submit promotional/ sales/ marketing campaigns for e-commerce sites such as Shopee, Lazada, NTUC and our eStore site.
• Assist to plan and execute any other e-commerce sales/marketing campaign.
• Liaising with the respective e-platform manager for campaign submission or address operational challenges.
• Manage and respond to all forms of customer engagement (e.g. chats, reviews, complaints etc).
• Create, upload and manage product listings and ensure all details are well in placed.
• Execute and track the performance and budget of paid advertisements on e-platforms
• Collaborate with various departments to successfully plan and implement marketing, sales campaigns, and product launches.
• Compile sales performance reports to analyze the effectiveness of each campaign.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management

Requirements:

• A minimum of a Diploma in any field.
• At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce.
• Experience with Shopee, Lazada, NTUC Online or Shopify is a plus.
