Job Description

1. This role works closely, in a 24/7 operations and coordinating fraud intelligence and taking swift actions

on accounts that had been or might be used for fraudulent activities

2. Assist with developing and implementing Fraud Risk Management Framework and all associated

policies and procedures (including risk metrics/ monitors) and ensure they are effectively embedded

3. Follow up and analyze abnormal transactions activity on customers' account.

4. Manage customer's expectation and explain to customer on suspected scam activities.

5. Coordinate and support detection, investigation and mitigation.

6. Understand when to escalate events and to whom

7. Be responsible for incident triage, response and escalation

8. Be responsible for both reactive and proactive security investigations

9. Assist in statistics collation on the various scams reported to the organisation to submit for

monthly management reporting and any others task and assignment by the line manager & management

10. Has strong analytical skill and well verse in Microsoft Office

12. Skills requried Compliance Legal Support

• Responsible for clinical evaluation of patients
• Perform patients counselling on medical and surgical treatments
• Handle diagnostics e.g HVF, OCT, Corneal Tomography, Biometry, Ultrasonography, Fundal and Anterior Segment Photography etc.
• Support in laser refractive surgery (LASIK, RelexSMILE & PRK)

Requirements:

1. Job Responsibilities

The Business Integrity Compliance Specialist is responsible for assisting the Head of Business Integrity to oversee and manage the company's compliance with all applicable business integrity laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), internal audit, internal controls, trade compliance or regulatory compliance area. The candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin. Occasional travel to China and Guinea is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain compliant procedures and policies to ensure the company's operations are in line with the Business Integrity related legal and regulatory requirements.

- Perform KYC, AML, sanction review and other compliance review on the company's third parties and employees

- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential Business Integrity compliance risks and recommend mitigation measures.

- Coordinate with external auditors and the company's partners to ensure timely and accurate responses to inquiries and requests.

- Provide training and guidance to employees on Business Integrity compliance matters, including KYC, AML, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
