Working Hours: 5.5 Days (Mon- Fri 830am-530pm; Sat 830am-1pm)

Job Responsibilities:

Out-patient:

• Assist out-patient clinic
• Provide patient education & counselling
• Maintain consumables & medication stocks
• Assist the Medical Director in the consultation room and procedures both in & outside the Centre

Surgery:

• Maintain stocks & inventory of surgical consumables
• Assist in laser refractive procedures (e.g. LASIK) & other minor procedures
• Upkeep of operating theatre and instrument sterility

Administrative Duties:

• Coordinate with external parties (ie. labs, hospitals, clinics & operation theatre, etc) in the management of patients.
• Coordinate with external vendors for purchasing & maintenance of equipment and services.
• Organise the surgical listing of patients.
• Assist the medical director on all administrative duties relating to the smooth running of the centre.

Job Requirements

Job description

• Primary focus of sales acquisition is to acquire CASA (Current Account & Saving Account), New to Bank card and Personal Loan Sales through corporate roadshows/lunch talks and Tele consulting.
• Create and maximise all sales opportunities in the area of payroll accounts acquisition through corporate tie-ups
• Proficient in face to face point-of-sales and Tele Consulting activities.
• Work closely with Relationship managers to maximise overall product cross-selling at Workplace Banking events
• Provide quality and efficient after sales services to the customers acquired.
• Follow up with customers on pre-sales enquiry with regards to secured and unsecured retail banking products.
• To follow up on income documents and any other relevant documents required for application submission.

Basic + Position Allowance: Up to $2,800

• Basic Salary: $2,000 - $2400 (Depend on Sales Experience)
• Position allowances $400 fixed - HP allowance ($100) and Transport allowance ($300)
• Sales Incentives.

Working days

• 5 working days for WPB Specialists as their working days.
• In event if they are required to work on weekends, off in lieu will be extended accordingly.

Working Location

• Reporting Office @ Toa Payoh HDB Hub Level 20 East Wing
• These Specialist will be deployed to Corporate Road Show events when required
• Mondays – Fridays: 9am – 6.30pm
