Scope of Services

The Services required are set out as follows:

(a) Information and Communications Technology (ICT) & AV support for school events

· The Personnel shall be in charge of the setup, operation, and maintenance of AV equipment in school compounds.

(d) Managing ICT & AV Resources

· The Personnel shall assist ICT department in managing the Authority's ICT & AV resources such as condemnation of ICT & AV equipment and the loan of ICT & AV equipment.

(e) Media Post Production

· The Personnel are anticipated to play an integral role in the post-production process of video and audio recordings captured by the Authority’s staff.

· Video editing – He/she shall compile the raw footage, cut and arrange the clips to create a coherent narrative or sequence. This includes selecting the best takes, arranging them in the desired order, and ensuring the flow of the video aligns with the project's goals.
