Customer Service Specialist

• Experience in handling Letter of Credit, full set of export shipping docs, familiar with Incoterms
• 2-3 years of shipping experiecne, capable of handling high-volume orders, preferably past experience working in commodities
• Preparing shipping documentation
• Reviewing and approving invoices
• Tech-savvy (Needed to handle 2 systems – BSM & SAP Hana),
• Customer-centric
