About the Head of Growth & Product Marketing role

The Head of Growth & Product Marketing will be accountable for the top of the funnel, focusing on driving brand awareness, increasing qualified website traffic, and converting visitors into leads. 4. Conversion Rate Optimization & Retention:

• Work closely with our researcher to understand user preferences and pain points.
• Set up experiments to validate growth hypotheses.
• Enhance the communication of the company USPs across our websites.
• Launch communication and product initiatives to enhance customer loyalty & referral.

About You:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in product development or growth marketing, ideally within the travel, hospitality, or e-commerce sectors.
• Familiarity with UX principles and product development frameworks like Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
• Strong data-driven & experiment-based approach to decision-making.
• Hands-on experience with branding, email marketing, and performance marketing.
