The role

You will be responsible for supporting our Product Development team with the development of our samples from sampling up to pre-production stages across all our Business Lines. You will play a pivotal role in all aspects of the development process from design concepts to prototypes and final product assortment, and work cross functionally with the Fashion & Print Design, Technical, Production & Commercial teams within Love, Bonito. You will play a key role in shaping Love, Bonito throughout this exhilarating expansion phase.

Main responsibilities

Fitting Operations

• Coordinate fit sessions between Designers, Product Developers and our Fit Models
• Coordinate interns to make sure that sample packages are properly unpacked, logged in, ironed and organised before each fit session
• Support fitting operations - checking measurements and taking photos during fittings
• Organise Fit Model casting sessions
• Support Designers and Product Developers with taking down fit comments during a fit session

Sample Development

• Accurately measure and log garment measurements at each sample stage
• Flag up any initial fit issues based on measurements
• Attend fittings to familiarize yourself with fit and fabric aspects of a garment, to understand how they affect cost and timelines
• Execute and translate fit comments in a timely manner to ensure sample development stays in line with overall timelines
• Support Product Developers with their communications between Designers and Commercial Team on ongoing topics, such as fabric changes and cost issues
• Support Product Developers with day to day supplier queries
• Coordinate sample development between Design Team and Sample Room
• Track and manage sampling timelines with respective suppliers

Qualifications & Experience

• 1+ years of experience in the apparel industry
• Diploma in Fashion Apparel or relevant textile / clothing experience acquired in manufacturing
• Proficient in all technical aspects of garment-making and fitting
• Excellent organisational and follow-up skills as well as the ability to work independently
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Mandarin is necessary for this role as you will need to be able to communicate effectively to our overseas suppliers where the bulk of our production and development is conducted. Assist in the coordination and execution of support activities for our train operations. What will you do?

• Assist BA on user stories elaboration.
• Assist QA on test automation and bug fixes.
• Assist DevOps on build and release automation.
• Design and deliver working software applications to delight customers.
• Improve software quality using XP practices such as code review and unit testing.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in front end development and implementation on the following technology/ languages:

• HTML
• CSS
• ASP.NET
• REACT
• JAVASCRIPT

• Experience with Agile software development practices such as Scrum (or equivalent)
• Experience with UX design best practices and a deep understanding of mobile-first and mobile responsive design
• Experience with Google Lighthouse Tool, particularly on SEO and Accessibility optimisation
• Experience with application security tools such as SonarQube, Fortify SCA or Web Inspect (or equivalent)
• Experience in configuration management/ source control systems like GIT or BITBUCKET (or equivalent)
• Experience in JavaScript/ browser troubleshooting and debugging practices and techniques
• A Pass in ICT Assessment Certification for Solution Architect or Software Developer by NUS-ISS is strongly preferred.

• Design and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, test data and test scripts to ensure the quality of software products.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define test objectives, scope and entry/exit criteria for testing phases.

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and tools.

What are we looking for?

• Strong background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management, Information Technology or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of experience in software quality assurance testing.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools and processes.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium or similar.
• Experience in performance testing tools such as JMeter or similar.
• Experience with programming languages such as Java, Phyton, or similar.
• Experience in issue management and continuous integration tools such as Jenkins, JIRA, or similar.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.

Role Overview

As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in defining and executing the product strategy for GVRN. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build and enhance features that deliver tangible value to our Web3 clients, ensuring our product not only meets the current market demands but also anticipates future trends in the Web3 ecosystem.

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for GVRN, aligning product development with company goals and market needs.
• Lead the planning, execution, and launch of product features and enhancements.

• Conduct thorough market and competitor research to identify opportunities for new features and improvements.

• Experience in development and deployment on commercial cloud such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure.
• Experience in containerisation technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to infrastructure provision tools, such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Knowledge on the concept of DevSecOps and CI/CD, with experience in relevant CI technologies such as Git, Jenkins, and Bamboo.
