Platform and transformation (“P&T”) is the team responsible under BOS global coo (“GCOO”) to build the Wealth Management platform of the future across all offerings, all teams, and all locations. Reporting to the product owner – equities & fixed income, the area product owner will work and support the product owner responsible for the delivery of best-in-class execution systems to our clients and front office for equities & fixed income trading and execution. The systems are used for execution of equities and fixed income orders.

Role and Responsibilities

• The APO supports the PO in defining the strategic product vision for equities & fixed income order management and execution journeys with customer experience/journey at the core of the trading design and priorities.
• Maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of the squads while maintaining the conceptual integrity of the features/components in full alignment with business stakeholders across businesses, markets, segments and locations.
• Assisting in the gathering and analysis of end user requirements from order placement to market execution and performing functional analyses on trading platform requirements.

Work experience, skills, and education requirements

• A good degree and/or master’s degree in finance, engineering, computer science or technology
• 5-8 years minimum of strong experience in change/project management, delivering complex, cross-functional projects, in banking & capital markets
• Strong domain knowledge of equities and fixed income oms/Ems trading applications and end-to-end trading lifecycle including order placement, execution and post-trade processes and workflows
• Strong understanding in listed equities offerings in key Asian/EU/us exchanges and fixed income products including callable/putable/variable rate/cocos, etc.

Job Purpose

This is a front office role for which the incumbent will provide transaction execution and legal structuring and advisory support to SPDA-SSG (Securitisation Group) business, products and operating platform across Asia Pacific. SPDA-SSG covers securitisation and structured credit products such as securitisation and bond business utilizing special purpose vehicle (SPV) platforms, with exposure to multiple financial products including securities, structured products and derivatives in addition to loans.

Liquidity Management has critical focus on intraday liquidity management, agent bank relationship, reporting for central bank and regulators, and strategic firm infrastructure projects.

We're a team of specialists charged with managing the firm’s funding, liquidity, capital and relationships with creditors and regulators. Corporate Treasury manages the firm’s financial resources and minimizes interest expense through liability planning, asset liability management, and liquidity portfolio yield enhancement. The division is ideal for collaborative individuals who have strong quantitative analysis skills and risk management capabilities since Treasury actively manages the firm’s financial resources which are constantly changing due to business activity, markets, risk appetite, regulations, and other factors.

Liquidity Management is the firm’s “central bank” for managing the firm’s overall cash positions. Basic Qualifications:
