Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Resource Management Executive to join our team. The Resource Management Executive will be responsible for overseeing the allocation and utilization of resources within the organization to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.

· Develop and implement resource management strategies to effectively allocate resources across projects and departments

· Collaborate with project managers and department heads to assess resource needs and prioritize allocation

· Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as needed to optimize efficiency

· Identify opportunities for process improvement and resource optimization

· Track and report on resource allocation and utilization metrics

· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to resource management

· Provide guidance and support to team members on resource management best practices

· Stay current on industry trends and best practices in resource management

· Support the day-to-day operations of the Resource Management department by assisting with various functions and responsibilities.

· Manage transfers, performance appraisals, turnover, promotions, and other related administrative tasks

· Collaborate closely with the Business Unit’s Resource Team to ensure smooth operations of daily resource management activities.

· Conduct orientation and onboarding sessions for new employees, integrating them into deployment plans effectively.

· Oversee offboarding processes, conduct exit interviews, and manage clearance procedures

· Maintain accurate manpower records in the systems.

· Administer disciplinary processes, handle grievances, and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements for terminations and exit clearances.

· Prepare monthly reports and recruitment statistics for management review.

· Verify and process invoices for all contract manpower. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications:

· Diploma/Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field

· Proven experience in resource management or related field

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

· Proficiency in resource management software and tools

· Certification in project management or resource management is a plus

The Client Accounting – Corporate Executive will work closely with and assist the Client Accounting – Corporate Manager in all Client Accounting business efforts within the Company, including the implementation of new software and ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently handle a portfolio of Singapore private limited companies' clients for routine bookkeeping, payroll processing, GST, Corporate Tax and XBRL filing and meet ACRA and IRAS filing deadlines.
• Assist clients in preparing their monthly, quarterly, or annual management accounts.
• Responsible for preparing Unaudited Financial Statements (UFS) for the clients following Singapore FRS (Financial Reporting Standards).
• Assist clients with the preparation of quarterly GST returns, annual tax computations, and Form C or Form C-S and Appendices for submission to the IRAS.
• Liaise with and advise clients on on-going company's bookkeeping, payroll related, ACRA and IRAS related matters.
• Assist the Managers to guide and/or review Executives’ work in handling day to day business outsourcing services.
• Support the Managers in the transition of the accounting, GST, Corporate Tax transfer records from the take-over business and on boarding of new clients.
• Assist the Managers to implement new software, improve SOP, workflows and processes and ensure the team comply with relevant statutory acts and filing deadlines.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, local Polytechnic, ACCA, or related disciplines.
• 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, corporate tax, GST & XBRL in a Singapore outsourced accounting firm, compensation will commensurate with your experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, ACRA, MOM, CPF and relevant tax rules, procedures and guidelines.
• Experience in managing client relationships, demonstrate interpersonal skills when interacting with internal and external clients.
• Experience in preparing consolidation using Excel and preparing year-end draft statutory company or group financial statements with notes to the accounts.

About the Team

The Internal Security Risk Management & Governance team is responsible for managing and mitigating information security risks posed within the organisation. To ensure that the company's risk management and governance strategies are up to date and aligned across the organisation, this team is responsible for regular industry benchmarking and working with stakeholders from cross-functional teams to perform regular risk assessments and align risk mitigation strategies. Responsibilities

The Internal Security Risk Management & Governance Manager will research industry best practices and technologies, then work with stakeholders from various cross-functional teams to develop strategies to mitigate the potential impact of risk materialisation. What’s the role?

The position will entail the following:

• Under direction from senior commodity business managers, support tactical procurement activities for existing contracts for transportation, warehouse, brokerage, and packaging , including bid analytics, cost analysis, negotiations, market intelligence research, etc. 
• Support sourcing events, including the use of an online sourcing platform
• Generate reports from available systems/tools, understand and utilize the data for required analysis
• Conduct analytics of volume and spend for cost-savings/optimization opportunities
• Complete continuous improvement projects
• Documentation sourcing and supplier management processes
• Administration of reports and reporting for scheduled and ad hoc meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree program in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Operations Management or a related field
• Experience in logistics, transportation or warehousing preferred

JOB SUMMARY

· TradeXpress is a strategic and transformational re-platforming program for Trade finance which globally covers all Documentary and Open Account Trade Products along with Risk Distribution.

· As a member of the Trade Product Development team, the Product Owner is responsible for understanding business needs, articulating requirements, developing and sequencing user stories and defects and working with the agile teams to ensure creation of technology products that will help our clients be successful. The Product Owner also plays a key role in collaborating with Product Managers and other stakeholders in identifying concepts such as Minimum Viable Product (MVP), training and documentation requirements, assisting in Beta and usability testing, and user acceptance testing. This position is involved in every stage of bringing new products and features to market on time. The role would involve working with other Product owners leading different streams of the program

Key Responsibilities:

· Documents, prioritizes, and owns Epics, User Stories and Defects.

· Assists the Chief Product Manager with developing the product road-map and vision.

· Assists in the development of the business plans and product requirements for new products and product-based programs

· Supports Product Managers in the rollout and client adoption of new features and products through the following: demonstrations and product expertise, training, development of marketing collateral and messaging, and other associated tasks

· Performs other duties as assigned

· Ensures that the agile Team has clarity on the problem and business value of the solution.

· Validates business processes against the requirements of the business, compliance, and existing system functionality

Our Ideal Candidate

· 10+ years of work experience in Trade finance products and processes with very good understanding of macro business environment, trends, and competition.

· Experience in large scale transformations/ change management projects preferred.

· Must have previous experience as a Product Owner or Business Lead for technology projects

· Should be able to translate client needs and transition objectives into actionable and process.

· Understanding of the overall digitization tools and technology landscape, current trends and applicability in the business environment

· Ability to co-relate technology to transition, thereby possessing the ability to sell the concept to internal stakeholders

· Ability to respond effectively to change, managing work in a fast-paced matrix environment

· Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive lasting relationships, even in difficult situations, with diverse people spanning internal/external organizations
