The Deposits & Investments (D&I) Product Manager for Japan Asia North Australia (JANA) and Asia South (AS) cluster is responsible for the strategy and execution of the global D&I strategy in these clusters. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure assigned maintenance activities are carried out promptly.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders, including tenants, contractors, and users.
• Oversee assigned alteration and addition (A&A) projects and minor repair works.
• Develop and support initiatives to enhance the efficiency and productivity of building operations.
• Depending on experience, may be assigned to manage a specific portfolio or system.
• Supervise and manage facilities, addressing work requests, conducting site inspections, organizing meetings, and coordinating with stakeholders and contractors.
• Assist in managing term contracts and fostering relationships with external vendors for both soft and hard services.
• Participate as a member of the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) and serve as a First Aider.
• Conduct regular inspections and recommend maintenance and repair work to ensure compliance with government regulations.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience directly related to the specified duties and responsibilities.
• Diploma in Building Services, Estate or Facilities Management, Engineering, Real Estate, Property Development, or a related field.
• Experience in managing hard and/or soft facilities management activities, contractors, and stakeholders is an advantage.
• Self-starter with strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills. A positive and growth-oriented mindset is essential.
• Strong technical knowledge and familiarity with regulatory guidelines.
• Proactive and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications such as Fire Safety Manager, Green Mark Accredited Professional, and/or Water Efficiency Manager are advantageous.
• Experience in managing sustainability initiatives, including waste management, energy and water conservation. Conduct data collections and translate into dashboards for sustainability programs are advantageous.
• Willingness to be on standby and contactable 24/7 for emergencies.
• Open to work on weekdays/weekends/public holidays (depending event requirements) when required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the overall execution of events, including planning, coordination, and execution.
• Work closely with vendors, suppliers to ensure all their needs are met, managing the day-of event operations.
• Ensure that all events meet the client's expectations and budget.
• Maintain accurate records of all event activities and expenses.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
• Manage any issue that may arise during the event, including resolving conflicts amongst individuals and managing crisis situations.
• Other duties as assigned by your Reporting Officer from time to time.

• At least two years of working experience in a similar position, preferably in an event management or hospitality industry. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Service oriented with an eye for details.
• Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team.
• Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively.
• Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment.

About the Team

Our Risk Management Product Team is dedicated to developing advanced solutions to optimise risk monitoring and management for our trading platforms. By focusing on the needs of our Dealing team and traders, we ensure that our platforms remain robust, secure, and efficient in a rapidly changing market. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of our Risk Management application. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in defining and executing our product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our product meets the needs of the Dealing team and enhances overall trading efficiency.

Responsibility

• Develop and maintain a clear product vision and strategy for a risk management tool tailored to retail CFD and Forex brokers' needs.
• Plan and design risk monitoring and management solutions, including features like real-time monitoring, exposure tracking, automated alerts, and risk analysis tools.
• Continuously improve the efficiency of our risk management system, reducing the probability and impact of abnormal events, and enhancing the overall performance of the trading platform.
• Spearhead the product development lifecycle from initial concept to launch, coordinating with development, IT, and compliance teams.
• Create an intuitive and user-friendly product that enhances the Dealing team's efficiency and decision-making capabilities.
• Ensure the product complies with industry regulations and standards, particularly in financial risk management.
• Implement and oversee mechanisms to track product performance, using data-driven insights to make iterative improvements.

• Bachelor's degree, preferably with experience in product management from a reputable financial, trading, or technology company.
• A strong interest in trading, financial markets, and risk management.
• Proven experience in product design and project management, with the ability to uncover user demands through data analysis.
• Strong logical thinking abilities, with a proven track record of solving complex problems and achieving goals through collaboration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Working proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
