You shall report to the Restaurant Manager, you will assist in ensuring the smooth running of kitchen/service operations in various aspects.

· Receive training and perform duties in various sections of company’s operations such as Front of House, Back of House, etc

· Assist the Outlet Chef/ Outlet Manager in-charge in ensuring the smooth running of kitchen/ service operations

· Learn and Acquire skills from colleagues on SOPs, and standards to successfully run the restaurant operations

· Implement techniques to monitor and achieve KPIs set by Management

· Acquire skills to Plan staff duty schedule for service crew and ensure sufficient staff, whilst minimizing costs.

· Learn to Organize staff stations each day to maximise efficiencies.

· Provide support as needed in various departments

· Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by your superior

Requirements:

· Any Degree in any faculty

· Possess has good leadership skills with a good track record

· Able to lead, train, manage and motivate staff

· Experience in the kitchen environment will be preferred

Job Description

1. Liaise with corporate clients on corporate advisory work, corporate finance, corporate employee benefits, trade finance, Human resources, etc;

2. Source and develop pipeline of corporate clients;

3. Develop and foster relationships with clients, and key stake holders;

4. Working with our partners, such as private equities, family offices and overseas FI.

Compensation

1. $2,400 to $4,000 depending on experience;

2. Opportunity to travel overseas for project management and deals.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all the supplies and stocks in the outlet are sufficient for the day to day operations
• Maintain an attractive and an orderly appearance in the outlet
• Monitor proper ordering, receiving, storage procedures are being followed
• Motivate, guide and train the staff in up-selling the food and beverage items
• Attend to guest requests and complaints as required
• Ensure that all staff are properly informed on the promotions and information
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements:

• Able to work on split shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Service oriented and passionate working in F&B industry
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• PC literate, well-organized and self-motivated
