• Work closely with Data BP's s to build their engagement and stewardship of data assets
• Collaborate with our Cybersecurity and technology operations teams to implement data governance standards and best practices to improve the quality of data
• Leverage deep experience in the implementation of data governance solutions in such areas as: data quality, data lineage, data glossary, data security management, metadata management, and advanced data analysis solutions
• Write data governance policies, oversee the adoption of data governance efforts, and partner with the legal and information security teams to fulfill Keppel's commitments related to reducing Data Management risks

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• An excellent communicator who can drive the process to govern data at enterprise scale as the role requires close collaboration with senior-level executives (members of DG Councils/C-Suite), business data owners, and stewards
• At least 10+ years of experience in a leadership role related to data
• At least 5 years of experience either in leading a data governance function or being part of a team that managed large-scale data governance initiatives; with expertise in data governance, data quality industry best practices and framework

Responsibilities:

• Lead the patch management process, including the timely deployment of patches and its relevant updates to ensure the security, stability, and performance of Business services.
• Responsible for the coordination of all Systems Engineering patching activities for customer server operating systems in accordance with agreed upon schedules with the customer(s).
• Prepare the patch deployment calendar and publish to all stakeholders.
• Supervise the day-to-day operations of IT Patch Management team providing some guidance in the related area, encouraging teamwork.
• Supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area is carried out in an efficient manner and in compliance.
• Oversee the execution of patches & updates deployments, closely monitoring progress, and addressing any issues or roadblocks that may arise. Ensure that deployments are conducted according to the defined plans, with minimal disruptions to end-users or services performance and availability
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including IT teams, Information security teams, vendors, and business units, to gather requirements, communicate patches schedules, and address concerns. Effective communication and coordination are critical to ensure smooth patches operations and minimize the risk of system vulnerabilities
• Collaborate with incident management teams to address security incidents related to vulnerabilities or unpatched systems. Develop incident response plans and participate in incident investigations and remediation efforts
• Run monthly/quarterly compliance reports and identify required patches.
• Participate in monthly patch review and schedule meetings to review patch calendar.
• Prioritize and schedule mutually agreed system patching and maintenance.

• Able to support on weekend as and when required.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise (Mid to Expert Level):

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Systems or related field.
• Having 8+ years of related experience.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure Patching tools like SSCM, Bladelogic, Bigfix., etc.
• Knowledge of using Jira.
• Good understanding of large Data Center Facilities operation
• Experience in Managing 10+ member team.
• Strong understanding of server operating systems and patching process.
• Managed Services or consulting experience is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required.

Job Overview:

This role focuses on enhancing and implementing the global vulnerability management process to protect the organization and its customers from security threats. You will support vulnerability management across on-premises and cloud environments, primarily in the APAC and Greater China regions. The position involves identifying, assessing, and mitigating vulnerabilities, ensuring timely remediation, and collaborating with global teams to improve cybersecurity practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and triage security threats to identify risks and potential impacts by conducting in-depth analysis of the identified threat, attack vector or intelligence information
• Support and enforce the global Vulnerability Management strategy.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the APAC region regarding the Vulnerability Management lifecycle (including scanning and penetration testing).
• Rate technical vulnerabilities and prioritize remediation based on business impact.
• Assist application and infrastructure teams with vulnerability remediation.
• Perform internal vulnerability scans and analyze results.
• Review vulnerabilities reported by external researchers and confirm their validity.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, CREST is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in technical cybersecurity, especially offensive security.
• Strong experience and understanding of Penetration Testing.
• Strong knowledge of networking, network security, and vulnerability management tools (e.g., Qualys, ServiceNow Vulnerability Response).
• Experience with vulnerability management lifecycle and scanning concepts.
• Understanding of cyber security standards, threat intelligence, and the Cyber Kill Chain.
• Hands-on experience with vulnerability scanning and remediation processes.
