Responsibilities

The key duties of this role include planning and executing strategies to enhance and optimize financial transaction processes in the AP region, developing innovative trade finance solutions to support business activities, and advancing the ALM system.

• Plan and implement measures to streamline and strengthen financial transaction processes.
• Standardize and consolidate payment and Letter of Credit (L/C) procedures for subsidiaries in the Asia-Pacific (AP) region.
• Implement a unified system for foreign exchange operations in the AP region to enhance efficiency, propose improvements in cash management, and introduce advanced ALM reporting via digital transformation.
• Provide financial expertise to support business investments and trade in the AP region.
• Assist in due diligence for business investments, ensuring proper financial checks and balances as part of the corporate division.
• Offer financial guidance during post-merger integration (PMI) and advise underperforming companies.
• Collaborate with trade finance teams to develop and propose innovative trade finance schemes and advanced ALM systems as the AP region's financial center.

Requirements

• About 5 - 8 years of treasury experience coming from Banks or Treasury centers
• Strong knowledge of Derivatives in particular FX, Cash management and Trade Finance
• Experience in projects management and DX skills (if any)
• Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Minimally a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or the equivalent
• It is highly advantageous to possess overseas working exposure

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive asset management strategy that aligns with the company’s long-term goals in renewable energy. Lead initiatives to optimize the performance and profitability of the asset portfolio.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in asset management, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale renewable energy assets, including wind, solar, and other clean energy projects.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, environmental standards, and industry best practices in renewable energy.
• Ability to think strategically and execute operationally, balancing short-term needs with long-term objectives.
