RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute the marketing plan to activate outlets, coordinating and executing local store marketing tactics in partnership with managers
• Organize/liaise with organizers instore events to attract customers (cupsleeve events).
• Manage all Social Media and online platforms, including websites and others. SEO marketing skill is a big plus.
• Regularly create contents for social media uploads and increase followers on Instagram, Tiktok and others.
• Local store marketing plans will include community outreach, pursuing strategic local partnerships, executing local events, developing in-store collaterals and other marketing assets such as photography, to achieve sales and traffic targets for each outlets
• Take the lead on creating successful launch plans for new outlet openings if any
• Create and spot opportunities for key calendar/topical moments working with credible, brand-relevant partners that drive brand positioning and commercial objectives
• Working closely with the stafff to produce a dynamic, yet well-balanced calendar of quality, culturally relevant and ensure our events are inspiring and well attended
• Collaborate on a content strategy to amplify beyond the event attendees, to raise the profile the outlet
• Measure the effectiveness of individual local store marketing tactics and community partnerships to accurately determine top line sales impact and ROI
• Identifies and establishes distribution and marketing channels as well as database acquisition and maintenance that support or strengthen the outlet goals including top line sales, or access to new, high value loyalty members and customers
• Manage all social media platform accounts and regularly post information - Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook etc.

You will

• Secure new and retain existing contracts to ensure that revenue targets are met according to budget.

Requirement:

YOUR IMPACT

We are seeking a member to join our Multi Asset Solutions (MAS) Lead Portfolio Management (LPM) team. As a member of the Lead Portfolio Management Team within MAS Partnership Portfolios channel, the person will have the responsibility for designing and constructing multi-asset class portfolios for large institutions particularly insurers, public pensions, sovereign wealth funds and government institutions. This role is client-facing and highly analytical, focusing on developing and communicating customized investment solutions and asset market views to clients.

Core responsibilities include:

• Portfolio design, construction and oversight of client portfolios involving areas such as strategic asset allocation, investment manager / vehicle selection and oversight, risk / performance management and evaluation
• Develop client relationships by understanding client investment needs and proposing appropriate portfolio solutions
• Communicate and develop materials for clients and prospects including investment-related analysis, client and prospect presentations and developing responses for client Request for Proposals (RFP)
• Work with distribution channels, senior portfolio managers and internal team to drive business opportunities
• Conduct and be involved in client training sessions to discuss portfolio construction, approach to asset allocation, markets and economy

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2-4 years of investment or portfolio management experience, with a preference for cross-asset experience
• CFA charter holder preferred, or someone pursuing it
• Client-focused mentality with ability to communicate complex market ideas/strategies to clients of varying levels of sophistication in both large and small audiences
• Strong interest in the financial markets and a good investment sense/commercial instinct
• Highly organized individual able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Intelligent, creative, and good problem-solving abilities
• A self-starter, should have ability to work independently as well as thrive in a team environment
• Detail oriented and meticulous, strong quantitative and analytical skills

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Assisting the restaurant manager (RM) working towards the restaurant's operating budget for the profitability of the restaurant.
2. Coordinate daily front of the house operations; daily briefing and overseeing kitchen members.
3. Respond efficiently and accurately to customers complaints and updating RM of such matter
4. Always ensure and maintain consistency of product quality presentation as set by Head Chef/RM/management.
5. Training and supervising service staff members to lead & motivate team to achieve sales target by upselling of beverage/food items and maintaining customer satisfaction.
6. To constantly brief all service staff members on promotions, updating/displaying of marketing collateral on time and be accountable for the profit and loss of the restaurant.
7. Assisting RM for accountability for planning strategies to ensure that business plan is delivered
8. Ensure cash handlers adhere to cash handling & banking procedures
9. Optimize labour productivity by translating forecast sales, transaction counts and average check into day-to-day scheduling (lead staff in the opening and closing of the outlet).
10. Manage monthly FOH inventory, weekly ordering and receiving (FSMS-monitoring forms are duly filled daily)
11. Ensure to comply with good hygiene and personal grooming standard, food safety, cleanliness and food presentation standard. At all times to be cautious, bear in mind and put in use for Risk Management Plan and FSMS (Food Safety Management System).
12. Must have good knowledge of the restaurant menus and their recipes. Always deliver the company brand promise and provide exceptional customer service.
13. To be aware of what competitors are doing and report to the RM.
14. All other ad-hoc duties as assigned that are relevant for the profitability of the restaurant.
