Job Responsibilities:

You are responsible for one or two categories of HIOKI products:

• To plan new products or product upgrades
• To manage projects for new product development
• To manage the entire product lifecycle

Your goal will be to ensure timely launches, achieve first-year sales and profitability targets, and maintain sales and profitability throughout the product's lifecycle.

Job Requirements:

• Product Manager with strong skills and experience in electrical measurement for semiconductor development and manufacutring.
• Minimum qualification of Bachleor degree in technical, analystical or related fields.
• Requires 7 + years of total experience, preferably in test instrument product management.
• Experience in driving long-term strategy and business outcome ownership for key initiatives.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop a clear product vision, align it with business goals, and create strategies for achieving them.
• Market Understanding: Strong comprehension of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to make informed product decisions.
• Product Development Knowledge: Understanding of product lifecycle, development processes, and methodologies like Agile or Scrum.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Drive platform and product lifecycle, from conception to launch, along with post-launch analysis and continuous improvements.
• Market Research and Strategy Development: Understanding industry trends, competition, and potential areas for growth. This helps shape product strategies and roadmap.
• Product responsibility overseeing the architecture of the CPaaS and 5G solutions (plan & design the end-to-end infrastructure to ensure high availability, resiliency, secured and with SLA -internal and external).
• Work with all stakeholders to design and implement the solution for end to end provisioning, billing and support. This includes requirements documentation and process flow.
• Partnership engagement to drive & build eco-system stickiness with partners to deliver differentiated mobility solutions with unique value propositions.
• Identifying and monetizing the new emerging market trends and use cases that aligned with company revenue goal.
• Product and Service Expansion: Helping identify customer needs and gaps in the market that can lead to the creation of new products and services.

Skills for Success:

• Bachelor Degree with at least 3-4 years of relevant working experiences.
• Experience in launching mobile / digital platforms, products or services from idea to execution, and practise Agile development.
• Proven track record of managing all aspect of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• well-versed in business development: understanding the broader business landscape, establishing trusted relationships, and consistently delivering value that supports sustainable growth.
• Strong understanding of latest mobile, digital, cloud communication technologies.

• Receiving Incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders Sort, organize and retrieving stock
• Package items and label correctly, scan delivered items and ensure quality
• Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors Stack and organize large bulk items
• Update logs and documentation for inventory processing Keep neat and clean warehouse premises
• Organize and maintain records of inventories up to date.

Requirements：

• Diploma/college degree or above
• Able to speak Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates and customers
• Asset management, warehouse management or IDC related experience is preferential
• Basic knowledge about IDC facilities
