This position is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive PR strategy and plans that support the overall product marketing plans.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work closely with Marketing, Sales teams, and the appointed PR agency to develop the overall PR strategy and plans for HMGICS products.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with all media contacts, key opinion leaders, and key industry stakeholders.
• Plan and organize media engagement events, including product previews, launches, and showcases.
• Manage the development and distribution of press materials, including media releases, keynote speeches, product factsheets, etc.
• Actively pitch new story angles/media interviews to maximize product exposure.
• Manage the HMGICS Newsroom to ensure all product news and information (local/global) are updated in a timely manner.
• Oversee the overall management of media test drives and the test car fleet.
• Monitor industry trends and news, and conduct monthly media monitoring of HMGICS clippings.
• Serve as the key liaison for all product-related media inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Public Relations (preferably in the Automotive industry)
• Strong knowledge of traditional and digital PR techniques, including media relations, influencer marketing, and content creation
• Strategic thinker with a passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record of delivering successful PR campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and narratives

The centre is seeking to hire a staff to manage the laboratory operations and activities. The candidate would be responsible for providing efficient technical and administrative support for the labs. He/she will also need to oversee the safety standards in the lab in compliance to ISO 45001 standard. The candidate will provide essential technical, administrative support and engineering expertise to faculty, research staff, and students to ensure the smooth operation and safety of the laboratories in enabling the faculty, research staff and students to accomplish their academic and research activities effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Provide training, expertise, maintenance and support in equipment operations on additive manufacturing and related processes:

• Operate all relevant equipment and accessories (within a team or individually depending on activity)
• Understand and implement existing and emerging technologies in additive manufacturing
• Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting and calibration of equipment, and ensure equipment is in working condition at all times
• Oversee lab activities to enforce proper and safe utilization
• Provide technical advice and support on equipment including responding to technical questions, troubleshooting and correcting experimental errors
• Coach researchers on the operation of equipment and in carrying out experiments in a safe and effective way

Perform routine checks and inspection of assigned laboratories and researcher office to maintain good housekeeping, enforce safety regulations and create safety awareness among all stakeholders:

• Conduct daily housekeeping and regular checking of all contents of the assigned laboratories and researcher office to ensure compliance to safety regulations
• Follow up on all safety inspection findings and ensure the corrective actions are implemented on schedule
• Perform in assigned safety role(s)
• Regular updates of lab records and documentation

Support the daily operations of all safety, administrative, procurement and security matters in SC3DP:

• Ensure that duties are carried out in compliance to safety, OHSAS 18001/SS 506/ISO 45001:2018 and relevant national regulations
• Maintain security of laboratory’s access and compliance of house rules by users of the laboratory
• Enforce safety, security rules and regulation in the laboratory
• Ensure all Risk Assessment and safety documents are up to date
• Procures and manages the budget of equipment consumables to ensure that consumables are tracked and purchased in time to ensure that the laboratory is well-stocked.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in handling various industrial / workshop machines and peripherals.
• Prior experience in additive manufacturing and working in a laboratory environment will be an advantage.

• Gather and compile monthly EHS statistics and reports to the Project Manager or designated person as assigned.
• To conduct independent assessment on any incidents / accidents at the site.
• Responsible for coordinating, implementing and monitoring the workplace and environmental health and safety plan of the project.

Our Logistics Specialist has primary responsibility for controlling the efficient flow of goods, services and information between point of origin through to customer placement in order to meet customer requirements. You will ensure the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes and build relationships with strategic customers through logistics initiatives. Responsibilities & Duties:

• Prepare all required documents related to shipping such as Commercial Invoice, Shipper's Letter of Instruction, packing slips and other required documents
• Ensure materials are shipped in the most timely and efficient manner according to internal documented processes, including planning transportation, selecting mode of transportation, and tracking the shipment through the Supply Chain while targeting cost reduction, freight savings, and contractual requirements using OTM tool

• Contamination Control Lead for ASM1 Manufacturing

  • Lead contamination program and strategies in ASM1 manufacturing.

Digify is looking for an experienced product designer who lives to create amazing customer experiences. You'll produce intuitive experiences through the creation of efficient user flows, detailed wireframes, innovative pixel-perfect visual designs, and interactive prototypes while working alongside development teams and fellow product designers.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Take the lead on implementation roadmap items
• Craft efficient user flows, thoughtful wireframes, and high-fidelity interaction designs
• Create detailed design specs with all manner of states considered, well-annotated and ready for handoff to our product development team
• Support your designs with animated, and sometimes, interactive prototypes when needed to demonstrate an interaction
• Serve as a working member of a swiftly moving cross-functional team
• Meet with the executive team regularly to discuss product and transform product insights into intuitive, user-friendly application features
• Conduct lightweight research of the competitive landscape and learn from user feedback

• Have at least 3-5 years of experience in product design
• Demonstrable experience as a product designer in fully responsive web environments
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) related software
• Strong visual design acumen and attention to detail
• Passion for amazing product design and an appreciation for elegant user experiences
• A well-spoken, humble creator who can present ideas effectively
• Openness to team collaboration, and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Compliance Specialist to join our collaborative team to provide support in developing and implementing regulatory compliance policies for AIA FA WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Responsible for engagement with internal and external partners to deliver Compliance's initiatives. Responsible for the development and implementation of relevant Compliance policies and procedures that is vital to support the objectives and values of AIA FA to manage corporate-level regulatory risks. Ensure effective communication of compliance and risk matters including timely and accurate reporting and/or escalation of such matters in accordance with relevant reporting and protocols. Collaborating closely with Sales team to ensure quality recruitment of representatives and putting in place controls and programs to monitor and ensure quality business brought in by the representatives. Develop or lead all aspects of development of structural approach and procedures to effectively deal with representatives/sales staff misconduct, from receiving allegations to planning and conducting investigations to taking remedial/recovery actions Develop and implement an effective education and engagement program through ongoing communication and training to embed a culture of compliance and ethics WHAT YOU WILL HAVE Degree holder in an appropriate field (e.g. Accounting, Economics, Risk Management, Business Management or Law) 5 to 8 years of work experience in Market Conduct and Anti-Money Laundering, handling compliance and controls In-depth understanding of the Insurance business preferred and, in lieu of insurance, financial services. The team is responsible for originating new client relationships, while renewing and growing existing clients, and driving partnership discussions.
