The Opportunity

An Adobe Ultimate Success Sales Specialist is crucial in developing innovative success delivery and pricing models for sophisticated technical and digital experience customers. This role collaborates with license sales, services, product, and digital strategy, as well as prospective and existing customers. Job Objectives

As Flight Training Operations Specialist - Training Support & Delivery, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational and administrative support to the flight crew training courses conducted by AATC whilst ensuring the highest quality of flight training and satisfaction is delivered to Airbus customers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Act as the primary focal point for internal/external customers and their trainees from start to end of their training in AATC.
• Check and ensure trainees fulfil all necessary flight experience and prerequisites during the registration process.

Billing Admin

Manage the media billing processes which involves,

• Co-coordinating with media planning teams on billing instructions
• Media plan actualization and reconciliation on monthly basis
• Update spots and remarks on Publicis’s proprietary billing platform based on actualized amount
• Generate proforma invoices for shared service team’s approval

• Work with external repair suppliers on repair quotes and parts turnaround time that will maximize material availability in line with module & engine assembly schedules.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance to industry quality requirements & company specifications.
• Drive supplier performance reviews to attain the desired levels of cost, quality, delivery and support services.
• Identify and execute cost reduction projects including planning, coordinating with stakeholders, estimating completion and project updates.
• Provide MRO reporting, including spending, savings, scheduling and spend analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in CORE/continuous improvement events and activities such as Value Stream Mapping and/or Kaizen events.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or any other related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant sourcing experience in Aerospace or Defense industries.
• Experience in monthly/quarterly materials forecast based on engine inductions to develop sourcing/mitigations strategies for parts to meet corporate Engine Turnaround targets.
• Good working knowledge of engine parts application to perform mitigations to long TAT parts, spanning over extension of serviceability, in-situ repair and new repair solutions.
• Effective communications and organizational skills to work in cross-functional/international business environment to drive supplier performance reviews and improvements.
• Ability to prioritize appropriately to meet internal customers’ and company’s needs.
• Strong analytical skills that drive creative problem-solving, proposal preparation and negotiation.
• Team-player with high standards of performance to achieve company goals.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications e.g. MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.

Team Summary

The AP Risk Solutions team is responsible for leading the strategy, prioritisation, development, delivery and commercialisation of Visa’s product roadmap for all data and risk solutions in the Asia Pacific markets. This includes the definition of regional product strategies, product P&L ownership, product development initiatives and the full co-ordination of these activities across both the Visa Global and in-market stakeholders. The team collaborates with local and global stakeholders to develop the go-to-market and scale for Visa’s risk and authentication solutions, as well as deliver Visa’s risk solutions roadmap. Our aim is to enable Visa clients and partners to drive better customer engagement and outcomes to grow their business. What a Risk Product Analyst does at Visa:

As the Risk Product Analyst at Visa, this role has responsibility for the management of our risk products in Asia Pacific, focusing on Visa Advanced Authorisation (VAA) and Visa Risk Manager (VRM). You will contribute to the strategy, prioritization and deployment of the VAA/VRM solution in Asia Pacific region. You will manage the relationship of our global clients, work with the client and internal stakeholders to jointly drive service excellence and sales targets.

You will collaborate with key stakeholders, including partners and clients in the development of solutions, contributing to solution design, deployment and performance of the service. You will be comfortable with proactively identifying new opportunities for revenue growth and developing creative solutions for complex ecosystem challenges.

Important to the role is a client-oriented mindset with a strong understanding of a network business and application of leading payment technologies. Your passion for growing new business, exceptional stakeholder skills and a market-focused approach will enable you to succeed in this role.  This individual must be able to independently manage working-level relationships whilst being comfortable to present to executives, both for internal stakeholders and external clients.

This role is based in the Asia Pacific regional hub in Singapore and will work in partnership with our market teams in the delivery of ambitious product delivery and revenue goals.

Specific areas of accountability will include:

1. Serve as the go-to expert on Visa's security solutions, provide guidance and expertise to markets and client-facing teams and support discussions with clients
2. Responsible for managing the product budget, and participate in financial planning and forecasting for the product
3. Lead the charge in promoting the platform's adoption across the Asia Pacific region, identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how the platform can meet those needs
4. Work closely with markets to champion the needs and requirements of the Asia Pacific region and with global teams to ensure these requirements are considered and incorporated in product development and strategy
5. Develop and provide key insights and trends to our client facing stakeholders with high-quality presentation materials, case studies, best practice guides, webinars and trainings
6. Actively engage with our risk product clients to identify and improve the ways in which they use our product set
7. Work with regional stakeholders, global product owners and cross functional teams (e.g. sales and business development, in-market products, risk, compliance, client services) to execute against this strategy and achieve the revenue target
8. Provide leadership and input on regulatory changes and industry trends, evaluate how these developments can impact the product and make necessary adjustments to the product strategy.
9. Staying abreast of market trends, technological advancements and potential partners in the fraud & risk space
10. Manage stakeholders' expectations, keeping them informed about the product's progress, challenges, and successes. 

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
