The Product Analyst (PA) role supports all day-to-day running of the trading desk, ensuring a detailed position summary is kept for the traders and for the matrix as a whole (if applicable) and that the traders' exposures are monitored. The Sourcing Specialist plays a supportive role for the GSC (Global Supply Chain) Strategic Sourcing Managers. Their responsibilities include assisting with contract services procurement, contract execution, and supplier onboarding. Essentially, they extend the capabilities of the Global Supply Chain Sourcing Managers by providing tactical support in these areas

Supply Chain Management – Onboarding New Suppliers:

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new regional/site suppliers using company’s specific onboarding tool.
• Ensure supplier vendor codes are ready in the system before the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
• Applicable to all categories.

Contract Services Procurement – Various Categories:

• Conduct RFPs for multiple sites simultaneously.
• Evaluate commercial bids and ensure consistent scope understanding among bidders.
• Review contract documents for quality.
• Prepare the Award Recommendation Letter (ARL) for GSC and DCE.

Job Description

• Responsible for all Talent Management activities and matters, including Succession Planning, Talent Reviews, Talent Database, etc
• Design, Planning & Implementation of Leadership Development Programs & Initiatives (e.g. STEP/LEAP/ALP) to enhance skills and competencies
• Budget Planning for Talent Management & HR Initiatives
• Collaborate with Learning & Development CoEs to address Organizational Development needs
• Monitor key performance indicators related to Talent Management nominations/criteria
• Utilize Software systems i.e WorkDay to streamline all Talent Management processes
• Keep up-to-date on emerging Talent Management best practices, tools & knowledge
• To be the Centre of Excellence for Talent Management supporting HRBPs, CoEs colleagues and affiliated country offices with regards to Talent Management
• Data analytics on Global Employee Engagement Survey and workforce trends to assess and identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions
• Prepare presentation of GEES Results to Management
• Assist stakeholders on action plans, schedules and follow-up on action plans implementations.
• Perform any additional adhoc tasks as and when required when assigned to you by the Head of Department

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant discipline
• 5 years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development with exposure in HR Business Partnering or Change Management in a Regional role/capacity
• Able to articulate the process of talent management & development programs, frameworks
• Understand the process and able to design the Skill matrix & Competency framework
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office

The Mainframe Systems Management Specialist is responsible for providing remote/onsite technical support and services for IBM z/OS and related Software.

In this role, you will apply Problem Determination/Problem Source Identification (PD/PSI) techniques in diagnosing and resolving complex technical problems for our clients/services teams. You will be collaborating with other worldwide support/development teams and organizations to ensure timely, accurate and seamless solution. Candidate must be able to work as a team and build up relationship across various teams worldwide. Candidate will also assist on pre-sales related activities such as requirement gathering, preparation of SOW and creation of new offerings. The candidate will be required to implement and maintain the solution built.
