The role involves participating in discussions to identify user requirements and providing support for SAP-related business functions. The role includes liaising with SAP vendors, evaluating third-party add-ons, and conducting feasibility studies. The candidate will offer L1 and L2 SAP support across FICO, SD, and MM, and follow up on L3 incidents. They will also be involved in SAP projects, enhancements, rollouts, and post go-live support.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 to 5 years of work experiences in SAP on FICO, SD, MM and related modules.
