Technical Partner to the Design Manager

Technical Leadership

• They assume ownership of product level functional requirements and non-functional attributes and constraints such as safety, regulatory compliance and reliability.

About you

• A first degree in mechanical/mechatronics/electrical/electronics engineering depending on the product/category of products in the portfolio
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a product development environment ideally from early-stage development through till the start of mass production.
• A combination of deep subject matter expertise within their fundamental engineering disciplines along with a demonstrable, broader appreciation and knowledge of other disciplines allowing them to collaborate and lead cross-functional work-packages essential for the successful delivery of projects. • Lead the Global Name and Transaction Screening Product Management function across all business lines, functions, and products. This is also inclusive of all relevant auxiliary support processes (e.g. Machine Learning/AI, Application of financial crime compliance Lists, Screening Solution Configuration etc). The Product Management position ensures robust controls and oversight as reflected through the Operational Risk Framework, the Business Performance Review meetings, results of independent assessment (GIA, Assurance, Regulatory, etc). Strategy
