• Coordinates any changes to the laboratory strategy
• Performs close out of central / regional off-site laboratories

2. Quality Control & Quality Assurance:

• Develops and/or implements operational (project specific and laboratory specific) quality control documents
• Participates in system audits and follows up on audit findings related to laboratories that provide testing for the assigned projects

3. Business Development:

• May be required to assist with consultancy in business development tasks

Hyphens Pharma is looking for a Product Manager to support and grow its leading brands in Singapore and beyond. The incumbent will report to the Head of Marketing and be responsible for formulating and executing marketing plans, identifying opportunities and working with the functional teams to build a cohesive commercial plan, aligned with business priorities to achieve business goals.

• Formulate strategic and tactical marketing plans to drive engagement and promotion of assigned product portfolio in OTC and digital channel
• Develop and implement marketing tools & initiatives to support key strategies
• Track and review effectiveness of marketing strategies & initiatives
• Build strong engagement and relationships with KOLs
• Keep updated with competitor and market knowledge
• Provide training and support sales teams with product knowledge and detailing tools
• Review and manage sales forecast & stock inventory

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years Marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Preferably 3 years experience working in OTC market.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• A team player coupled with creativity & resourcefulness
