We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. Responsibilities:

1. Define Product Vision and Strategy:Develop a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with the company’s objectives.
   Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer insights to identify new opportunities and refine product offerings.
   
2. Gather and Prioritize Requirements:Collaborate with stakeholders to collect business needs and user requirements.
   Translate these into a well-defined product backlog, prioritizing features that deliver maximum impact.
   
3. Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of product initiatives.
   Act as the central point of contact for all product-related discussions and decision-making.
   
4. Manage Product Development Lifecycle:Oversee the design, development, and deployment of features, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
   Write detailed product specifications and user stories to guide the development team.
   
5. Analyze Performance and Iterate:Monitor product performance using KPIs and user feedback to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
   Continuously iterate on product features to optimize user experience and business outcomes.
   
6. Engage Stakeholders and Advocate for the Product:Present product strategies, updates, and results to internal teams and external partners.
   Be a strong advocate for the product, clearly articulating its vision, value, and impact.
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, or related discipline).
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the internet or technology sector.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• A passion for user-centric design and delivering outstanding product experiences.

RESPONSIBILITY

• Work with stakeholders to identify & understand the requirements of software systems o Plan and participate in product conceptualisation sessions with stakeholders for eliciting requirements. o Elicit and documents business/user requirements and translate them into user-stories for development. o Manage requirements by continuously clarifying and reviewing them via walkthrough with stakeholders. o Work with developers to interpret requirements leading to technical implementation. • Analyse requirements to drive the design or review of test cases/business model/processes • Work closely with Product Owner on project schedule, issues and escalation • Work closely with Product Owner to manager business owners’ and project sponsor’s expectations • Drive business process change requests on gaps identified and manage a project’s scope and acceptance. • Provide inputs to development team for implementation. • Work with user experience designers (UXDs) and business users to plan for UAT, coordinates and monitor progress and acceptance of UAT. • Ensures completion of documentations and filings to facilitate software development. • Continuously finds means and ways to improve operations, streamline work processes and work cooperatively and jointly with various users' departments to provide quality service. • For smaller projects, double hat as Product Manager with following responsibilities o Create project status report and other communication materials o Craft project proposal to secure project funding and justify resource allocations o Manage project scope and stakeholders’ expectations o Issue escalation to the right people in timely manner o Maintain and continuously refine Product Backlog o Maintain Project RAID Log and follow up on action items EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED • More than 2 years of business analyst experience in software development projects • Experiences with web-based and business process software systems implementation • Good written and verbal communication, including minute taking and technical writing skills • Possess business case and user-stories development skills • Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure, meet deadlines, multitask and to prioritize tasks effectively • Motivated to learn new skills and technologies • Highly meticulous and tenacious, follow up with things to closure • Experience with Agile project methodology (Scrum / Extreme Programming) and UX development environment will be an added advantage • Experience with focus group and workshop facilitation will be an added advantage • Experience with Confluence, JIRA and Balsamiq will be an added advantage • Experience with BPM modelling techniques and methods will be an added advantage • Certified Scrum Master or Certified Product Owner and/or Certified Business Analysis Professional will be an added advantage • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Lifecycle Management:
  Oversee the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with market trends. Work closely with design and sourcing teams to meet production deadlines.
• Product Sourcing & Selection:
  Source and select fashion products in line with current market trends and consumer demand. Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure high-quality products are delivered on time.
• Manufacturer Communication:
  Directly communicate with China-based manufacturers to discuss product specifications, quality standards, production timelines, and any issues that may arise during the production process. This requires fluency in Chinese (both spoken and written) for effective coordination.
• Market Research & Trend Analysis:
  Conduct regular market research to identify the latest fashion trends, competitor offerings, and consumer preferences. Leverage insights to make data-driven decisions about product development and sourcing.
• Collaboration with Marketing Team:
  Work closely with the Marketing Executive to align product development with marketing campaigns. Assist in positioning products, defining promotional strategies, and ensuring product availability for marketing launches.
• Inventory & Stock Management:
  Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure that products are produced and delivered in time to meet demand. Manage the flow of inventory across multiple channels.
• Reporting & Analytics:
  Track product performance post-launch, including sales trends and customer feedback. Provide regular reports and strategic recommendations for optimizing product offerings.
• Bilingual Communication:
  Communicate fluently in both English and Chinese with internal teams, suppliers, and manufacturers. This includes writing emails, product specifications, and technical documents in both languages.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management, preferably in the fashion industry. Experience with sourcing from China and dealing with manufacturers is a significant advantage.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (both spoken and written) to facilitate smooth communication with manufacturers and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing product development and timelines.
