Planning:

• Responsible for preparing picking slips for production (Allocating materials & machines, printing & passing of picking slips to production
• Responsible for manpower arrangement and efficiency of warehouse operations to meet work order deadline

Inventory:

• Liaise with Export team to ensure smooth delivery/collection of export orders
• Liaise with Import team to ensure smooth stock in of import orders
• Ensure the materials in the warehouse are well maintained and properly stocked.
• Responsible for mid-year & year end stock take and occasional random inventory checks
• Preparing of transfer form for material movement between warehouses

Others:

• Assist in QA/QC activities

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications and experience:

• ITE / Diploma / Degree Holder in Engineering
• At least 2 years of related experience of relevant production planning and control experience in fast paced environments.

Objectives of the position:

The Production Process Engineer is required to be involved in New Product Introduction activities and to co- develop manufacturing Work Instructions as well as other process documents in collaboration with the Program Engineering Team. • Should be able to take off complete the workload from our team for release1
• Can take-over current tasks for Release-1

• If they want to use an alternate automated tool(new upload program or other possibilities), then they have to document a user story
• Expert in SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and Controlling (CCA, PCA, IO) modules
• Experience in working with interfaces between SAP and 3rd party systems

Job Requirements:

• Experience with S4 experience in FI and CO
• Data Migration ( ETL extraction, transformation and load ) and Cutover experience

• Hands on experience in end to end SAP-Data migration projects
• Master data / transactional data / clean up experience

• Ability to lead meetings within technical and business stakeholders
• Understanding of S4 customizing (no need for customizing/development changes to the system) and associated impact to data models

Responsibilities

· Take the lead in timely completion of production plan in maintaining

and improving workmanship standards

· Scheduling and assigning adequate resources, monitoring progress,

and resolving problem

· Report to the Senior Manager in reporting shift production status

· Key personnel in leading independently on discipline and planning for

the manufacturing team

· Manage team's recruitment, appraisals and ensure that the training

skills are met for current and future demands of the shift.

· Maintain a clean and safe working area with housekeeping standards

for employees and ensure that they conform to safety rules and

regulations

· Project - Lead and/or participate in lean and continuous project

improvement initiatives

· Work closely with other Shift Supervisors to ensure production

handovers are effectively communicated

· Create and revise systems and procedures by analyzing operating

practices and requesting/ implementing change.

Requirements

· Candidate must already possess or is currently pursuing a

Diploma(Polytechnic) or Degree of any discipline.

· Candidate must possess a good attitude of hard work, resilience,

initiative and a strong growth mindset with the willingness to learn, so

as to be in line with stepping up into leadership and management

roles in the near future as planned.

· Preferably a more active then passive individual, that is teachable &

keen to always learn more to improve his/her Professional & Career

development.

10 to 12 years of overall experience in Oracle Apps with at least 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud implementation/rollout projects covering Fusion SCM Cloud, primarily in the Supply Chain Planning or Order Management product areas. Oracle Cloud certification in one or two modules will be preferred.
Supply Chain Planning expertise includes the following modules: Demand Management, Replenishment Planning, Supply Planning, Production Scheduling, Backlog Management, S&OP and Supply Chain Collaboration.
Order Management expertise includes the following modules: Order Management, Pricing, Global Order Promising, Configurator and Channel Revenue Management.
Excellent communication skills and experience in delivering enablement training, either in-person or virtually.
Deep understanding of implementation priorities and challenges.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Consulting experience is required.
Prior experience in managing activities such as Configurations & Data Migrations with due process adherence.
Mut have experience working with global teams - Onsite, Offshore
Basic SQL knowledge is preferable
