1. Serve walk-in and online client inquiries.
2. Understand client needs and match them with suitable maids.
3. Facilitate WhatsApp video interviews between clients and maids

• Administrative work:

1. Organize maid arrivals, arrange transport, book courses, and confirm deployment dates.
2. Follow up with clients and maids after a month for ongoing support.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in membership sales or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Preferbaly Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, marketing, or related field

• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand awareness
• Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects
• Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements
• Monitor progress and submit performance reports
• Working with the sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Overseeing social media marketing strategies and content marketing
• Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently
