REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in full spectrum of Human Resources function
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role
• Familiarity with Singaporean employment laws and regulations
• Experience within food/fast moving consumer goods (FMCG)/beverage industry will be preferred
• High competence in stakeholder management

Reporting to the Country Manager, the objective of this role is to take a consultative approach to implement and deliver D365 Business Central (Dynamics NAV)/D365 products and services.

Responsibility areas

· Hands-on implementation and deployment of D365 Business Central (Dynamics NAV) and Project Management, D365 solution architect and consulting services to customers.

· Working collaboratively with customer stakeholders to implement and leverage D365 Business Central (Dynamics NAV) using best development and implementation methodologies.

· Provide onsite and offsite consulting services.

· Proactively identify, analyse, and respond to issues and risks.

· Foster teamwork, mentor, and train consultants on best practices, project methodology, and professional client service.

· Suggest areas of improvement in methodology and internal processes along with potential solutions.

· Recognize and pursue opportunities for cross-selling and additional client projects.

· Participate in pre-sales activities.

Essential Criteria

· 5 years’ experience in D365 Business Central (Dynamics NAV) software implementations.

· 2 years’ experience in Project Management, preferably with ERP solutioning, with a demonstrated exposure in managing complex combined business and IT projects to strict delivery schedules.

· Strong understanding and application of Project Management competencies including: Scope, time, costs, quality, HR, communications, risk, procurements, and integration.

· Strong understanding of industry-standard business practices supported by D365 Business Central.

· Experience leading large complex technology projects.

· Business intelligence understanding including Reporting and Analytics.

· Possess a deep understanding of software implementation lifecycles, development methodologies, operating systems, technical platforms/architecture, and application servers.

What you will do?

• Responsible for identifying business requirements, requirements management, functional design, prototyping, process design, testing, training, and supporting implementations.

• Solid understanding of Order Management and Finance modules or any other ERP/CRM modules and common business workflows which include Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Fulfilment, Procurement, GL, AP, AR, FP&A.
• Possess hands-on experience and working knowledge of One World, Subsidiary setup, Advanced Revenue Management, Multi-book, Inter-company, Localization, and other capabilities/functionalities/modules in NetSuite.
• A solid understanding of the Finance / Accounting functional areas is essential.
• NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant certification or similar.
