Position: Career Consultant

Working Mode: Hybrid
HQ Location: West gate
Working Hours: 9am- 6pm
Salary : $4,500 - $5,000 + incentives (Depends on experience)

Key Responsibilities

a. Client Engagement
• Clarify and manage Job Seeker expectations of the programme including responsibilities of both parties, data protection and programme requirements in order to achieve buy-in
• Provide career consultancy support including resume tailoring, interview preparation, exploration of alternative career options, etc. according to Job Seeker needs
• Identify barriers to employment, job goals and various training needs to develop mutually agreed upon Action Plan to support Job Seeker back into employment
• Hold regular follow-up appointments to provide accountability and monitor progress on Action Plan, adjusting along the way as necessary
• Motivate, encourage and empower Job Seekers throughout their job search journey

b. Business Partnering
• Work with the business development team to communicate and value-add of company/ CMP Programme to build relationships with employers and secure new vacancies
• Understand employer business needs and partner with them to fulfil their hiring requirements by matching suitable Job Seekers accordingly
• Research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local labour market, employers and industry sectors

c. In-Work Support
• Support Job Seekers through their first 12 months of new employment via monthly calls to ensure sustained employment
• Assist Job Seekers with adjusting to their new work environment, troubleshooting any issues that may affect sustained employment

d. Administration & Quality
• Adhere to company, Project and WSG guidelines, policies, and procedures at all times
• Document all correspondences and support rendered to Job Seekers on CRM system
• Ensure Job Seeker details on all systems are updated in a timely and accurate manner
• Provide accurate and timely reporting on all relevant activities
• Maintain strict confidentiality of Job Seeker information in accordance to PDPA requirements

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / Degree qualification
• Minimum 4 years of working experience with relevant transferable straits
• IT-savvy with the ability to pick up new systems / software
• Experience working in a customer facing environment
• Evidence of setting and achieving targets across a broad range of KPIs

This position is responsible for acquisition of prospective clients and employees for professional services department

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing new business accounts and relationship management with clients
• Communicate terms and conditions of professional services business including pricing (with appropriate approval) and guarantee provisions with clients to ensure mutual understanding of service expectations and costs.
• Liaise with key stakeholders on their outsourcing needs
• Provide advice and solutions to stakeholder’s queries on outsourcing project milestones/deliverables
• Source for candidates via job portals and by any other means
• To attract, select and interview quality candidates who match the specific outsourcing project needs of our clients
• Coordinate meeting/discussion between candidates and clients
• Seek feedback from the client on candidate’s quality of deliverable
• Brief the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, benefits and career prospects of the assignment
• To monitor the performance of all contract candidates and to prepare the necessary paperwork to ensure proper payment to the employee and by the customer
• To manage and retain good candidates
• Manage offers and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires
• Regular client visits to build and maintain strong relationship with clients
• Conduct periodic project milestone evaluation meeting with clients/candidates
• Conduct performance review of candidates/employees who are on projects

REQUIREMENTS

• A tertiary education in any discipline
• Any IT/Technology certification
• Consultant - Minimum of 1 years’ experience in professional service-related industry is preferred
• Senior Consultant - Minimum of 4 years’ experience in professional service-related industry
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Good interpersonal & negotiation skills
• Able to do presentations to reputed prospects/clients
• Able to favourably influence decision making from key executives of targeted clients
• Good relationship building skills
• Strong working knowledge of staffing techniques & resource management
• Able to drive conversations around outsourced solution & benefits that that it can deliver
• Exposure to working on outsourcing project delivery and milestone management
• Experienced in legal contract review and assessment as well as in driving discussions on contractual terms with client’s legal department
• Possess a high degree of diplomacy and tact in managing issues and difficult situations
• Actively involved in a highly dynamic and fast-paced work environment
• Pro-active and takes initiative
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• At least 10+ years of relevant SAP QM and PP, authorization experience in manufacturing environment (Chemical industry preferred) and SAP ECC 6.0 and/or S/4 HANA.
• Have strong integration working experience and knowledge of the key integration points between the other SAP modules.
• Preferable SAP certification in QM/PP module and basis knowledge in SAP report development (ABAP) and form development.
• Must have at least two full life-cycle SAP R/3 ECC 6.0 and / or SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience (Project Preparation till Go-Live) or greenfield implementation
• Strong understanding of QM and PP functionalities and able to apply them to business issues and have hands-on experience in configuring them. Should have good integration experience in SD/MM/PP. Knowledge of integration between IBP, BW and ECC will have advantage
• Ability to analyse problems and provide clear recommendations.
• Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload with little to no supervision.
• Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Must be familiar with process and project documentation.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
• Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a can-do attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
