About the Role

This role is a mix of end-user support and SAP project implementation.

As the go-to SAP ABAP Consultant on our lean team, we’ll rely on you to provide solutions and guide decisions that help us overcome our business challenges, whether independently or with our functional consultant.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support end users in their day-to-day issues using a solutions-based approach.
• Come up with the technical solutions and alternatives to solving problems, having analyzed the business requirements, processes, and objectives.
• Implement, customize, and test solutions and develop division-specific enhancements in ABAP to meet business requirements.
• Produce technical documentation, provide knowledge transfer, and conduct end-user training.
• Support the end users, project manager, teammates, and third-party consultants throughout the project lifecycle and post-go-live.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of ABAP programming experience in S/4 HANA.
• SAP functional skills – Configuration and business processes within FICO/ MM/ SD/ PS/ CS.
• Experience with at least three full-cycle implementations.
• SAP technical skills – Debugging and ABAP development (coding in user exits).
• Capacity to guide basis teams to install and configure SAP add-ons.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements.
• Ability to set the right expectations for stakeholders and project team and deliver the right solution promptly.
• Capable of communicating effectively with a variety of personality styles.

Job Scope:

• Able to lead the SAP FICO module in the Singapore project site during implementation
• Perform global template harmonisation of SAP FICO functionalities to Singapore company codes, and ensure compliance processes/reports to Singapore fiscal requirements
• Able to execute all the project phases in SAP Activate methodology
• Should be able to take off complete the workload from our team for release1
• Can take-over current tasks for Release-1
• 100% Full time dedicated for Singapore project till go-live
• They will not make customizing/development changes to the system.
• If they want to use an alternate automated tool(new upload program or other possibilities), then they have to document a user story
• Expert in SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and Controlling (CCA, PCA, IO) modules
• Experience in working with interfaces between SAP and 3rd party systems

Job Requirements:

• Experience with S4 experience in FI and CO
• Data Migration ( ETL extraction, transformation and load ) and Cutover experience
• Business support oriented
• Hands on experience in end to end SAP-Data migration projects
• Master data / transactional data / clean up experience
• Ability to work independently in a high pressure environment
• Ability to lead meetings within technical and business stakeholders
• Understanding of S4 customizing (no need for customizing/development changes to the system) and associated impact to data models

Responsibilities:

• Manage the operations of the Repair Cell and lead a team of up to 20-30 Technicians, Welders and Machinists.
• Drive the overall production to meet goals, coordinating with Material, Customer Support, Quality, Engineering day to day activities.
• Lead the establishment and attainment of cell goals in quality, cost, schedule, compliance and safety
• Responsible for day to day operational decision making.
• Provide effective communication across the cells, and provide leadership development and performance feedback to the shop floor employees.
• Obtain the necessary resources (equipment, manpower, etc.) effectively to meet long range and near term goals.
• Review staffing and training needed including performance, salary, and career appraisals for assigned personnel as well as hiring, retaining and developing new key technical talent.
• Maintain a constant understanding of the status of Production work, to ensure resources are correctly allocated.
• Provide mentorship and direction to close gaps multi-functionally.
• Lead productivity projects to reduce cost and cycle time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Min 2 years' experience in production, operations or manufacturing with supervisory role.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve business goals.
• Demonstrated problem solving and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
• Process and detail oriented, including strong interpersonal and prioritization skills.
• Lean manufacturing or repair experience with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience working with system in SAP.
• Aerospace, manufacturing or aero-component repair is a plus.
