Job responsibility

• Operate packaging system, plant equipment and processes as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and comply strictly to safety, quality and environmental guidelines.
• Support and maintain daily operation output and schedule adherence.
• Record all relevant packaging data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
• Identify and report any non-conformities in packaging materials to ensure quality standards are met.
• Carry out small batch blending productions.
• Report all process/equipment/environmental abnormalities, incidents and/or near misses. Take part in further investigation when required.
• Assist in coordination of daily maintenance planning and to participate in maintenance activities and shut-down/start-up of sections.
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Ensure export is properly carried out and right material is being sent out.
• Stock-take inventory.
• Ensure good housekeeping of work areas.
• Any other duties as and when required.

Job requirement

• At least GCE “A/O” levels.
• Relevant experience in chemical industry would be an added advantage.
• Forklift license would be an added advantage.
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency.
• Able to work under fast-paced environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player.
