Requirements:

If you are someone with:

• Tertiary qualification in business, engineering or equivalent discipline from a well ranked institution.
• 5 – 8 years of working experience in the Consulting Industry and/or Financial Services Industry – Banking.
• Knowledge of Southeast Asia market, the core trends and drivers, with proficiency in articulating regulatory, economic, technological, and business impacts on key institutions.
• Applicants with demonstrated experience leading strategy, operating model definition and implementation within these areas are preferred:

o Merger and post-merger environment of an internationally active bank

o Digital transformation of an incumbent bank

o Design and execution of new digital banking propositions

o Target Operating Model-led transformation to enable key drivers of change in banking (customer centricity, digitalization, growth, efficiency, regulatory change)

• Advanced experience in operational project management
• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies, or Professional Scrum Master / Product Owner certifications will be well regarded.
• Tech fluency and knowledge to provide advice to business, experience and understanding of Cloud solutions and platform implementation.

Senior Operation Manager

Working Location: Warehouse – Woodland
HQ location: Central
Working Day : Monday – Friday ( office hour )
Salary : $4,000 - $5,000

Responsibilities:

Warehouse Management:

• Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory control, receiving and dispatching goods, and maintaining accurate records.
• Implement and refine warehouse processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials and finished products, adhering to safety regulations.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Liaise with global suppliers and retailers to ensure orders are delivered in a timely manner

Production Operations:

• Lead a team and overlook fragrance assembly and packing following established procedures and ensuring quality control.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor production issues.
• Maintain detailed production records and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments (purchasing, quality control) to ensure smooth production operations.

General Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate warehouse and production staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize operational efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects, identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports for all operational activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or production management role.
• Possesses a Diploma or Degree in business or project management equivalent
• Experience operating fragrance production machinery (a plus) and/or be able to understand basic machinery mechanics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software (a plus).
