Basic Salary: $2500 - $3200 + Commission

Working Hours: 10am – 8pm (2 hours lunch break)

Working Days: 5.5 days work week rotational shift, must be willing to work on weekend

Job Descriptions:

• Deliver slimming treatments using advanced machines to help clients achieve their desired results.

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in the slimming industry - facial industry can be considered too.
• Certifications in body/ aesthetic/ beauty and facial technique knowledge will be a plus.
• Proven track record of sales experience with knowledge in postpartum wellness and slimming may be considered for a senior role.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily supervision of plant machinery and systems across all facilities, ensuring they are operational and well-maintained for effective production.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance and Technology departments to solve any issues with production quality, processes, or equipment.
• Educate and guide Senior Supervisors on maintaining the plant's working condition, focusing on safety, quality, and minimizing waste.
• Track and manage the use of raw materials and production to maximize efficiency and reduce excess use.
• Create detailed operating instructions for staff for each shift that covers starting, stopping, and any operational changes needed for tests, projects, or maintenance.
• Be informed about our management systems and relevant certifications like ISO and ITAF, perform corrective measures if necessary, and ensure department adherence.
• Direct studies and test new products and materials, conducting analyses that lead to process improvements.
• Support other departments with any extra tasks as needed.

• Experience in application support role for min 5 years for support and good knowledge of Java, Unix/Linux, SQL

Responsibilities

• Plan production schedule and delivery to meet customer orders and buffer stock requirements.
• Generate and review forecasting data and historical trends to determine material buying plans and production builds.
• Formulate, execute, and control production plans based on forecasts and sales history.
• Collaborate with the team to monitor, track, and address material shortages to prevent production disruptions.
• Review daily material shortages and expedite orders to minimize production delays.
• Manage and control production plans to ensure optimal inventory levels for meeting customer demand and lead times.
• Liaise with R&D, Engineering, and QA teams to ensure efficient manufacturability, standardization, and quality.
• Check BOM details and upload BOMs via ERP system as needed.
• Review EOL, rejected, and scrapped materials and highlight any issues.
• Review material requirements and stock status via the system to ensure data accuracy.
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing of orders (MO, PO).
• Prepare and submit reports as required (e.g., MO, OTD).
• Perform other tasks/duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Work Experience & Skill Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain or production planning, preferably in semiconductor/manufacturing industries.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Experience handling and managing suppliers.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Initiative and independence.
• Result-oriented, organized, meticulous, and with good problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work additional hours when required.
• Proactive and positive mindset.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day operation based on inventory needs, new product introduction, equipment efficiency and resource optimization while maintaining GMPs compliance.
• Streamline company’s production process in order to maintain an efficient and effective team.
• Perform Quality Measures of staff performance.
• Assist in Internal Quality Audits (IQA).
• Plan, organize, direct and control of daily production with production supervisor.
• Evaluate, improve product quality, production efficiency, work procedures and safety enhancement in accordance to food safety and GMPs.
• Manage cost performance and be responsible for daily production yield and output.
• Staff development and improve staff competency.
• Preparing monthly production report, provide support for new product launch and to review documents and reports.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
• FMCG / Food Manufacturing experiences will be advantage
• Knowledge of ISO22000:2005, BRC issue 8, HACCP
• Knowledge of Business Central 365 (Microsoft Dynamic Navision)
• Microsoft office (excel, powerpoint, outlook)
