Responsibilites:

Responsible for the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of SAP FICO and SAP BPC modules to meet the organization's financial and reporting requirements.
Provide ongoing support to end-users, resolve incidents based on root cause analysis
Conduct business requirements gathering, analyze and implement appropriate solutions. Ensuring integration with other SAP modules and business processes.
Conduct user training sessions to ensure effective utilization of SAP functionalities
Organize and participate in testing activities to ensure reliability of the solutions. Ensure test results are documented. Provide UAT training and support as required.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, e.g., functional and technical specifications, etc. Keep documentation up-to-date with any changes made during system updates or enhancements
Collaborate with outsource partners to track progress of issues and change requests against expected SLAs. Review vendor proposed solutions to ensure adherence to overall system design and architecture
Propose and implement continuous improvements to enhance the functionality and performance of the SAP modules. Stay current with SAP best practices and industry trends
Participate and provide support to activities such as Audits, DRP exercises, User Authorization Reviews, etc.
Manage SAP/ERP projects enhancements/implementation where necessary
Collaborate and cooperate with ERP Manager to achieve overall objectives of SAP ERP team

Requirements:

Possess minimum 2-3 years of hands-on SAP ERP functional support and implementation experience, particularly in SAP FICO (GL/AP/AR/AM/CO/PS) modules
Good knowledge of key integration points between SAP ERP modules (in particular SAP MM/PP/PM/QM/SD) to SAP FICO
Experience in SAP BPC/BW will be an advantage
Completed at least 1 to 2 cycles of SAP project implementation
Experience in ABAP and SAP user-exits is required
Good team player, responsible and conscientious
Self-starter, resourceful, independent, responsive and pro-active
Good analytical and problem solving
Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Must be able to articulate and convey information concisely
Be able to work under stress and tight project timelines.

The Role

This position will support in portfolio management and fund management, as well as pursuing and evaluating business opportunities, formulating potential exit strategy and execution of asset management strategies and plans for the real estate portfolio.

Job Responsibilities

Develop business strategies, pursue and evaluating business opportunities within South East Asia.
Building relationships and supporting the origination of new investments and business opportunities.
Develop and implement strategies for sourcing acquisition or investment opportunities, including specific strategies designed to achieve short and long-term growth and profit objectives.
Formulating and recommending key capital recycling strategies and executing selected strategies to improve portfolio returns.
Working with on-the-ground teams to manage end-to-end investment transactions including origination, research, deal evaluation and structuring, financial analysis including financial modelling, and deal negotiation and execution.
Management of real estate projects in South East Asia to generate growing and sustainable returns.
Oversee regional research and benchmarking to support strategic investment and asset management decisions relating to the asset portfolio.
Preparation of management reports and board materials

Job Requirements

Degree in Engineering, Building, Real Estate, Business, Finance or any related discipline.
At least 8 years’ of relevant working experience in Singapore and / or regional real estate investments.
Resourceful with a keen analytical mind.
Business and financial acumen with a proficiency in financial analysis and modeling.
Good financial product knowledge, business development and / or development management experience and experience in commercial properties investment is an advantage.
Excellent leadership skills, strong initiative, good business and financial acumen, and great independence in working in a fast-paced environment.

· Process topping for respective bread and danish types according to SOP

· Euro bun toppings (in applicable outlets)

· Prepare ingredients and fillings for all bun type products

· Learn all products and know what are the ingredients in each product

· Perform Dispensing duty to bring out freshly baked products in organized manner

Table Section:

· Be equipped with knowledge on using the right and required ingredients per product

· Ensure right ingredients are used per product, at the correct weight per ingredient

· Perform Sweet bun, Danish, Euro, Toast shaping

· Perform filling for sweet breads according to product

Oven Section:

· Ensure right temperature and time setting per product being baked

· Be equipped with the right and proper knowledge for each product before baking

· Responsible to ensure all bread types (sweet bread, Danish, Euro, Toast) be baked according to standard

2. General:

· Ensure clean, tidy and hygienic station and overall kitchen environment

· Use the right tools and equipment for the right purpose (e.g. colour code cloths to wipe different surfaces, right knives etc)

· Able to setup and perform various roles, performing quality control and reject inferior products

· Able to identify and troubleshoot inferior products and maintain good quality throughout his/her shift

· Organize the kitchen area, floor and preparation areas are neat, ensure equipment are in good working condition

· Ensure hot bread at all times and no excess products being held or run out

· Ensure manpower schedule arrangement to achieve operation effectiveness.

· Demonstrates good people handling skills, able to motivate others to achieve shift objective

· Coach and provide feedback to staff on product Quality

· Ensure no run out or excessive stocks

· Assist to recruit new staff and handle the interview

· To do month end stock take

· Responsible for outlet’s Profit & Loss (P&L)

· Conducting staff performance appraisal

· Liaising with external vendor such as cleaner, pest control etc.

In charge of all outlet’s product by Zone outlets and ensure training is conducted in main training outlet per zone.
