Our client, a global automotive supplier, is looking for suitable talents to join their growing business as Compensation & Benefits Specialist.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices
- Full spectrum of Compensation & Benefit (Insurance renewal, insurance & medical claims with broker, payment matters, variable bonus, Annual Performance Appraisal and Merit Increment etc.)
- Handle on-hand payroll responsibilities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll [EPE, Workday System, Central Provident Fund (CPF)]
- Administer and handle payroll tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate payroll deductions and filings
- Handle administration of leave matters ,medical and staff claims etc.
- Handle work passes related issues such as renewal, cancellation via EPOL
- Manage benefits administration and resolve payroll – related queries from employees
- Manage claims schemes (NS Pay/ Maternity / Paternity / Childcare/Shared Parental leave schemes)
- Review and responsible for performance appraisal systems & reward incentive programs
- Talent Management and Annual Performance Reviews
- Responsible for recruitment, selection, and proper assimilation for retention (ad hoc basis)
- Manage site-wide communications activities
- Develop, implement, and administer HR policies and procedures to meet business and employees’ needs.
- Any other HR projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of related experience in HR
- Proficient in Microsoft skills (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Sensitive and discreet in dealing with personal and confidential matters.
- Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Good knowledge of Employment Act, and labour legislation

- Location: North-East
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
- Salary: Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications.
