Role Purpose:

The Associate Security Consultant attains CREST CRT certification, learns other security assurance skills and assists in delivering penetration testing & offensive security projects to ensure a successful outcome that at least meets or exceeds the expectations of our clients.

Role Outcomes:

• Mentored to achieved CREST CRT certification within 4 months of joining Vantage Point.
• Complete the Associate Consultant training program to become competent with the use of penetration testing tools and techniques, including manual testing, automated application vulnerability scanning/testing tools and source code review techniques.
• Perform penetration testing projects as part of a team to ensure they are delivered efficiently and on schedule.
• All client data is managed in strict accordance with Vantage Point Security data security and protection policies throughout the project.

Role Responsibilities:

• Achieve CREST CRT certification within 4 months of joining Vantage Point.
• Complete the Associate Consultant training program comprising the learning of penetration testing tools and techniques, including manual testing, automated application vulnerability scanning/testing tools and source code review techniques.
• Support Senior Consultants and Security Consultants to perform manual penetration tests of websites, services, infrastructure, networks, IoT Devices, and mobile applications to discover and report exploitable vulnerabilities.
• Clearly document findings and recommendations.
• Help to provide an environment where everybody is continuing to learn and develop.
• Continuously learn and master new hacking methods in new and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of complex IT infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and government policies.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and service providers, ensuring the infrastructure meets business and operational requirements.
• Oversee all aspects of infrastructure projects, from requirements gathering to implementation and ongoing support.
• Ensure application infrastructure services meet confidentiality, availability, and data integrity requirements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
• Lead collaboration efforts between government agencies and central services teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement in service quality and operational efficiency.

Experience and Skills Needed:

• Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with hands-on experience in 3 full project development life cycles.
• Ability to manage large, complex projects and lead teams effectively.
• Strong strategic and business acumen, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management for IT projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• ITIL v3 Foundation certification (preferred).

Responsibilities:

• Test Strategy Development:Assist Product Owner and Business Analyst in crafting user story acceptance criteria.
  Analyze and decompose complex software systems, designing a comprehensive test strategy.
  Research emerging technologies to develop innovative test automation frameworks.
  
• Test Execution & Automation:Develop test suites, scenarios, and cases to ensure robust quality assurance.
  Take a risk-based approach to test automation, ensuring optimal coverage.
  Conduct time-boxed exploratory testing to identify potential issues.
  Maintain regression test suites in the nightly QA build and continuously refine the smoke test suite in the Development CI environment.
  
• Collaboration & Testing Leadership:Lead system integration testing in collaboration with other system owners.
  Manage user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring all testing requirements are met.
  Oversee the defect lifecycle and manage test artifacts and repositories.
  
• Continuous Improvement:Drive continuous improvement in agile testing practices and tools.
  Take on secondary roles such as Application Performance Engineer or Application Security Engineer, as needed.
  

Experience and Skills Needed:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in exploratory testing and regression test automation.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including tactfulness and effective communication.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is an advantage.
• Familiarity with test automation tools such as Robot Framework, SikuliX, Selenium, Playwright, Micro Focus Testing Tools (Mobile Center, UFT, QC, and Sprinter), or EggPlant is a plus.
• Certifications such as Certified Software Testing Professional (CSTP) or Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA) are highly beneficial.
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines.

• Graphic Design, Colour and Typography:Create graphics, icons, illustrations, and visual elements that align with design concepts and branding guidelines.
  Select appropriate color palettes and typography that complement brand identity and enhance readability and visual hierarchy.
  
• Layout and Responsive Design:Arrange elements on screens or pages to achieve balanced and harmonious compositions.
  Ensure designs adapt seamlessly to different screen sizes and devices.
  
• Wireframing and Prototyping:Create low-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts before final implementation.
  
• UX Collaboration:Collaborate with UX designers and researchers to understand user needs and behaviors, informing the design process.
  
• Style Guides and Design Systems:Develop and maintain style guides or design systems for consistent design elements and brand identity.
  
• Usability Testing:Participate in usability testing to gather feedback and make iterative improvements.
  
• Accessibility:Ensure designs meet accessibility standards for users with disabilities, following best practices.
  
• Iterative Design:Refine designs based on user feedback and testing, adopting an iterative design approach.
  

Experience and Skills Needed:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Visual/UI/Web Designer.
• Degree or Diploma in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Proficient in graphic design principles, including layout, composition, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong portfolio showcasing visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Advanced knowledge of design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, or other industry-standard tools.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Creative mindset and willingness to stay updated with design trends.

• Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP Employee Central Payroll (EC Payroll) Consultant to join our team and lead multi-country payroll implementations. You will play a key role in configuring the system to meet complex payroll requirements, ensuring best practices are followed, and providing ongoing support to clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in the implementation of SAP EC Payroll for clients.
• Conduct thorough business process analysis to understand client needs and map them to the EC Payroll system.
• Configure EC Payroll settings for various payroll elements, deductions, and contributions specific.
• Integrate EC Payroll with other HR and financial systems.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and conduct thorough testing to ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Train client personnel on the use of EC Payroll.
• Provide ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting issues and resolving payroll queries.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP EC Payroll functionalities and legislative changes in Singapore and China.
  Document processes and procedures to ensure knowledge transfer

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SAP EC Payroll Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of payroll concepts and processes in Singapore
• Experience with SAP HCM/SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Additional Skills (desirable)
• Certification in SAP Payroll or SuccessFactors.
• Experience with other HR modules in SAP HCM or SuccessFactors.

Pre-requisites requirement:

• Must have strong FI working experience in a consulting environment
• Able to configure and integrate SAP FI with other modules (SAP MM and/or SD) preferred
• Has worked with various clients under consulting background

Responsibilities:

• You will be part of a full project lifecycle experience including design, data, functional specs, configuration, testing and post-go-live support experience
• Assess and recommend solutions according to the scope and to resolve open design issues
• Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• Configuration of SAP FI to support scope; document configuration rationale
• Develop Functional Specs for all relevant developments to support all SAP processes
• Develop / Update relevant Master Data Standards especially master data to support SAP modules processes preferred
• Involved in the full SDLC including data gathering and analysis on user requirement, project design, strong project implementation in good configuration knowledge of SAP FI structures
• You will also be involved in project implementation methodologies & ITIL processes.

Requirements:

• Must have more than 6 working years in an SAP environment; must have more than 3-4 years in the consulting industry environment.
• Involved in at least 2-3 end to end cycle of SAP FI implementation projects in consulting environment
• Confident in communicating and presenting at the business level to MNC clients.
• Have supporting testing and data migration experience, as well as drafting of functional specification for reports, interface, enhancement, forms
• Readiness to learn and deliver additional modules
