Responsibilities:

• Lead in designing and architecturing of Cloud Solutions ( Public, Private, or Hybrid environments)
• Monitor and analyze cloud infrastructure performance metrics to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
• Ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance optimization of the cloud services and applications deployment and integrations.
• Implement performance tuning strategies to enhance the efficiency and responsiveness of cloud-based systems.
• Work with Pre-sales team and Project Manager to design solutions for exisiting and new clients and ensure that the project milestones and deliverables are met.
• Research and evaluate on emerging Cloud technologies, best practices, emerging trends, cloud service providers and technologies.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and managing Cloud Solutions in Public, Private, or Hybrid environments.
• Strong in Cloud Design, Implementation and Architectural experience.
• Proficiency in Cloud automation, orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes. Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies.
• Minimum 5 years of Cloud Design, Implementation and architectural experience.
• Candidates should have experience leading teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving technical initiatives.
• Provide consultancy on Cloud Services / Architectural matter to cross-functional teams and Stakeholders & Clients.
• Possess AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Professional Cloud Architect.
• Possess either AWS/ Google/ Azure Cloud.
• Possess System Integrator / Consulting/ Government related background.

Wachsman is seeking a Senior Consultant for immediate hire at its Asia Headquarters in Singapore. Reporting directly to the Director, the Senior Consultant will:

• Develop, implement and manage strategic communications and special situations for clients, in the areas of change management, public affairs, stakeholder engagement and mission critical business moments
• Act on behalf of the client to defend and advance their business objectives
• Develop IP, bespoke client strategy and frameworks that blend management consulting, risk management and strategic communications

Job Description: Senior SAP MM/Ariba Consultant

Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior SAP MM/Ariba Consultant to lead an as-is state study and subsequent S/4HANA implementation for a transformative enterprise-level project. This role demands deep expertise in SAP MM (Materials Management), Ariba (procurement solutions), and end-to-end S/4HANA implementation methodologies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver practical solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. As-Is State Study:Conduct comprehensive workshops with key business stakeholders to document current procurement and materials management processes.
   Assess pain points, inefficiencies, and improvement areas in existing SAP ECC or other ERP landscapes.
   Deliver detailed as-is state documentation, including process flows, system usage, and data architecture.
   
2. S/4HANA Implementation:Define the to-be process model, leveraging best practices for procurement and materials management in S/4HANA.
   Design and configure S/4HANA MM modules, including integration with SAP Ariba.
   Lead data migration strategy, ensuring alignment with new system requirements.
   Develop and execute test plans, user acceptance testing, and post-go-live support.
   
3. Collaboration & Leadership:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, logistics, and IT, to ensure seamless integration.
   Provide thought leadership on SAP S/4HANA adoption strategies and roadmap development.
   Mentor junior team members and act as the point of escalation for critical project issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in SAP MM/Ariba implementation and support.
• Proven experience in S/4HANA implementations, including greenfield or migration projects.
