Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide storage & backup infrastructure engineering and support to security centric infrastructure projects
• Perform online storage tuning, optimization and backup infrastructure configuration and maintenance
• Provide new hardware specifications to stakeholders based on application needs and anticipated growth
• Manage replication and other data movements during activities such as disaster recovery or migrations
• Implementation of new system and storage solutions as well as creation of new baseline, policies and procedures

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in relevant IT or Engineering discipline from a recognized institution with 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience
• Hands-on experience in Linux systems, enterprise backup & DR solutions, SAN and NAS storage in terms of physical/virtual implementation and operation support
• Knowledge in storage networking including SAN switches, FC, iSCSI, FCoE, iSCSI etc.
• Experience in systems backup methodologies
• Experience with capacity planning and systems/storage operations
• Good communication skills with driven and motivated working attitude
• Ability to excel and work effectively in a team

Preferred Skills /Qualities

• Professional certifications in Linux, Backup Systems or Storage solutions is desired

We are looking for an experienced senior engineer to be part of the team that design, build and maintain a robust security services platform on Cloud environments. The candidate will be a key technical lead within the Cloud platform team in our System Integration business unit. He will be responsible for the architecture, design, implementation, and maintenance of a cloud-based security platform that meets ISO27001 and SOC2 compliance requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in DevSecOps, cloud operations, and the ability to design and implement complex cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the Cloud Technical Committee to establish Ensign’s cloud platform architecture and framework for running cloud services
• Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, design solutions, and create technical architecture and implementation plans
• Take part in reviewing, establishing and refactoring of the polices and framework for the governance of the cloud platform's usage
• Architect, design, and implement a secure and scalable cloud platform for providing security services such as identity and access management, network security, application security, and data protection
• Develop product roadmap for future enhancements of Ensign’s cloud platform
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and SOPs to ensure the platform meets compliance requirements

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of security technologies such as identity and access management, network security, application security, and data protection
• Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation and implementing compliance requirements such as ISO27001, SOC2, and GDPR

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform administration, support and operation of the project's security solution platforms and supporting infrastructure, focusing on Privileged Access Management (PAM), Network Intrusion Prevention System (NIPS), Wireless Intrusion Prevention System (WIPS), Network Access Control (NAC) and common systems (Windows and Linux OS, System Monitoring, Backup, Hypervisors and SAN Storage).
• Prepare professional reports and slide decks for submission to client on operational status
• Attend operational meetings with client
• Maintain and update documentation for operations, including asset lists, account lists, DR and health check plans
• Identity, evaluate and recommend enhancements to operational processes and procedures.
• Execute changes in accordance with the established change management process
• Support key activities including execution of BCP and DRP
• Implement approved service requests from the client within required timelines

Requirements:
