The QA Engineer will work under the direction and supervison of Group QA Manager.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Working closely with other departments in resolving daily quality issue .
- Perform process/ system assessment audit, highlight deficiency & identify are for improvement.
- Working closely with relevant department in root cause analysis for CAR/8D reply on non-conformance.
- Review & update ISO procedures & documentation, improve the Quality Management System.
- Responsible for Document Control Centre to ensure ISO and quality documents and procedures are updated,
and mandatory quality records are filed and maintained.
- Provide technical advice, quality interpretation and work direction to QA technician/inspector.
- Conduct quality related training.
- Conduct supplier audits and work with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve their processes.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related fields
- Preferably 1-2 years of QA experience in electronics/semiconductor industry
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
