As the Service Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to offer on-site technical advice to customers.

The Responsibilities:

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality service standards to customers
• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships
• Lead the team to successfully complete assigned jobs
• Guide and train SE/AE/Tech/GW on daily assigned tasks
• Coordinate all site works with customers, vendors, and subcontractors
• Conduct toolbox meetings/safety briefings for the team before commencing work
• Provide feedback on AE/Tech/GW performance to the management
• Offer technical and logistical support to assigned sites
• Send vibration reports to customers and save them into the server
• Provide on-site and off-site technical advice to customers
• Resolve technical and logistical problems across the complete range of provided products
• Generate detailed reports with findings and recommendations for customers
• Prepare Method of Statement and Risks Assessment for assigned jobs/sites
• Participate in planned routine maintenance and ad-hoc works
• Offer 24x7 customer support through telephone and on-site attendance
• Monitor all maintenance activities, including battery and coolant checks
• Update and report any outstanding issues for assigned sites
• Lead/carry out overhauls as the Person in Charge (PIC)
• Support the Assistant Manager in achieving operational objectives
• Undertake other tasks/projects as assigned by the Manager

The Requirements:

• Understanding of full routine maintenance job scope and excellent knowledge of the company's products
• Proficient in using basic hand tools and specific tools where applicable
• Ability to use various measurement devices, including vibration meters, multi-meters, temperature meters, current (Amp) meters, battery testers, PQA, and other tools
• Familiarity with software used in the system for troubleshooting purposes, including QMS, PLC software, ProjectMaker, and DiconScope
• Excellent understanding of electrical and mechanical drawings for troubleshooting
• Capability to carry out engine annual maintenance and replace electrical parts
• Proficiency in Electrical commissioning
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

The Job

You will join the Manufacturing Section which is equipped with the latest manufacturing technology and advanced engineering control, and lead the technicians to achieve smooth and safe plant operation and provides technical support for shift operation, process optimization and quality conformance.

The Daily

• Lead a group of Production Technicians in the safe and smooth running of the production.
• Assist the Process Engineer to conduct activities and projects to optimize operation during Shift to achieve operational and cost efficiency.
• Troubleshoot plant/equipment/quality issues and recommend countermeasures.
• Monitor and ensure plant equipment integrity and reliability.
• Assist the Process Engineer to support Shift operation by providing suitable operating conditions for stable plant operation and product quality control.
• Train and develop team members.

The Essentials

• Possess Degree in Chemical Engineering or its equivalent, preferably with 1 to 2 years of experience in petroleum, chemical or polymer industries.
• Have knowledge of process control and troubleshooting, hands on knowledge of plant equipment and instrumentation.
• Essential prerequisites include good analytical and technical report writing skills, ability to be a team player with leadership, initiative, drive & commitment, able to take pressure and able to communicate well with others.
• This is a shift work position (i.e. Rotating AM and PM shifts, including weekends and Public Holiday) and there will be scheduled off days.

Our Client is a leader in the Energy Manufacturing industry in Singapore. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.

Responsible of Electrical Engineer:

• Resolve plant faults by performing troubleshooting and conducting root cause analysis.
• Implement approved plant improvement projects and generate technical specifications for equipment parts and work services. Initiate requisitions when necessary.
• Conduct scheduled plant inspections based on the maintenance regime and carry out plant maintenance activities.
• Supervise maintenance contract works and develop work procedures for all maintenance tasks.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on a weekly and monthly basis, covering activities, overhauls, technical matters, and trips.
• Any ad-hoc duty as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Min degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Min 5 years of experience in similar industry/ high voltage power system

Job Description

• Develop Equipment Layout and Piping Arrangement for project execution

• Lead drafters to optimize and generate Plant Layout and Piping Arrangement on time

• Develop 2D and 3D model for AutoCAD Plant 3D, AutoCAD MEP, engaging Revit and/or AutoCAD

• Develop/Coordinate BIM model, engaging Revit

• Develop PFD and P&ID generation with minimum input from Process Engineering

• Mange project specifications including piping.

• Developing BOQ for pipes, fittings, valves and other accessories.

• Check technical information of equipment and systems and coordinate/cooperate with engineers from other

trades in the organization

• Check drawings/documents and material list and ensure that they conform to contractual technical

specifications, installation control documents and Statutory Rules/Regulations

• Participate in tests and trials, where required

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years as Mechanical Component Engineer and Piping Engineer in EPC project for Power,

Petrochemical, District Cooling, Water and/or Waste-to-Energy plants

• Bachelor Degree in engineering or equivalent

• Good knowledge of international design codes, e.g., EN, ISO, ASME and etc

• Strong EPC background

• In depth experience and competency with utilizing AutoCAD Plant 3D, Autodesk Revit modelling and

AutoCAD software as well as some knowledge of BIM Administrator

• Ability to lead and guide drafters

• Open minded and able to adopt different ideas for implementations

• Team player
