As an NPI Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the transition of new products from design to full-scale production. Your role will be instrumental in implementing new processes, optimizing manufacturing methods, and ensuring product manufacturability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Introduction & Process Development: Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to evaluate product designs for manufacturability, scalability, and cost efficiency.

• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of production process development, validation, and troubleshooting. Experience with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate complex technical information effectively.
