• Prepare monthly QAQC report for submission to Corporate QAQC Department
• Review drawings, raise discrepencies and resolve technical issues
• Conducting monthly QAQC Training to Sub-contractors
• Issuance of QAQC Non-compliance to sub-contractors
• Submit Method Statements / Inspection Test Plan / Material and drawings for approval
• Conduct site inspections, non conformance and folliow up status and closure of quality issues

Job Requirements:-

• Degree or Diploma in Architectural / Engineering or construction related field
• At least 3 years of building and/or civil engineering experience.
• Completed at least 1 building/civil project Technical Competencies
• Proficient in the use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Relevant experience in Bored piles, RC works and structural steel works.
• Relevant experience in architectural building works, ID finishing fit out works and coordination.
• Must be fully conversant with Building Control Act and Regulations.
• To attend site, progress, variation and coordination meetings Interpret drawings and contract documents on works to be carried.
• To manage the site supervisors with respect to C&S engineering works, architectural and M&E engineering works.
• Recognized Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering acceptable for registration with the PE Board, Singapore.
• Accredited with IES/ACES with a valid Resident Engineer Practicing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the supervision of structural & architectural works.
• Must be familiar with local Regulations/Codes for Civil and Structural related to building projects.
• Must have experience in condominium project.
• A good team player and experience in leading a team of Resident Technical Officers.
• Carry out regular site checks on Builder and ensure compliance on health and work safety in accordance with MOM.

Description

• To lead a team of technicians to maintain a portfolio of equipment in servicing, repair, modifications, and callback.
• Customers' point of contact in terms of feedback or request pertaining to equipment, resolving issues, reports, etc to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Monitor equipment performance and handle problematic lifts & escalators to achieve targets as well as continual improvement
• Plan, Implement, Monitor & Control the progress of chargeable, non-chargeable works, monthly servicing schedules, and callback roster
• Provide leadership, technical guidance, and support to subordinates.
• Obtain required materials/resources for works as required
• Prepare and conduct training for maintenance field staff with monitoring to ensure MIP/Best Practices are properly implemented
• Complete office administrative works as required.
• To communicate with inter-department staff for solutions & resolve issues
• Report and assist Section Head on operations.

Requirement

• Diploma in Mechanic/Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering
• With at least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory /team lead role
• To be 24/7 operationally ready to attend to issues (rostered)
