Core responsibilities

• Consumer testing standard & regulation / requirement for Softline, Hardline, Chemical.
• Handling sample submission from Malaysia & Thailand branch, basic view sample with confirmation, take sample photo as a record and distribute to designated Department for Testing.
• Follow up on unclear Test Request Form and Sample TAT date.
• Co-work with CS team follow up subcontract sample status from outsource laboratory, and keep track the status to ensure result delivery on time
• Prepare and consolidate of final report and issuing on time
• Support sample breakdown in Chemical department, if necessary
• Document management of test report, arrange test report from MY and SG side. Archive test report in running number for easy access during SAC audit.
• Support SAC accreditation in Mechanical, E&E and Softline testing

• Experience in TIC industry will be added advantageous but it not a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales (60%):

1.Generate new business leads and follow up on existing opportunities.
2. Build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.

3. Uncovering/qualifying new sales opportunities through outbound calling, email/LinkedIn interactions

3. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
4. Schedule product demos
5. Manage inside-sales pipeline, track progress, and report on sales performance.

Marketing (40%):

1. Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns (email, social media, content).
2. Create engaging content (case studies).
3. Manage social media.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies.
5. Analyze campaign results, optimize performance, and report on ROI.

Responsibilities:

• Generate creative designs / marketing material / collaterals to be used in various platforms / channels for brand.
• Coordinate / assist indoor/ outdoor shoots / campaigns for brand

Requirements:

• Possesses strong editorial eye and have the ability and skill to conceptualize visual story telling within the brand aesthetic
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, illustrator and lightroom
• Good Design skills / ability to image edit/ re-touching
• Experience in branding and creative strategy
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies / instagram reels and tiktok

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily finance operations (includes payments, receipts, AP & AR transactions);- Assist in partial/full set of accounts and prepare balance sheet schedules and ensure
• timely, complete and accurate recording of accounting entries into MYOB accounting
• system;
• Posting of month-end closing journal entries;
• General office administration such as: filing, scanning, photocopying, archiving, office
• supplies;
• Assist in preparing documents for submission of government grant claims;
• Manage and handle documents, records and maintain an organized filing system.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Manager in-charge

Requirements

• LCCI or Diploma in Accounting;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Fast learner with strong sense of initiative & good communication skills- Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales quotations and receive sales orders.
• Prepare delivery order, invoice and other relevant documents.
• Liaise with suppliers/customers on delivery and stocks inventory / entries.
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant report.
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
• Assist and/ or guide client through a series of actions, to help setup systems or resolve issues.
• Establish good working relationships with customers and other professionals.
• Any ad-hoc assigned as instructed by manager.

Requirements:

• Experience and knowledge in office system furniture or commercial carpet or interior design
• Good contacts with interior Designer & Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Business Development Team on the development of visual communications material including but not limited to: PowerPoint templates, illustrations and infographics for marketing purposes.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Team on new ideas, directions, and tools for marketing and communications.
• Curation, analysis, and management of company Social Media Platforms.
• Branding and launch execution for new product lines

Other Responsibilities

• Execution of Company events with partners, presenting on the company’s product line and answering questions
• Presentations to partners/investors in English or Chinese as needed.
