Job Brief:

We are seeking a responsible Operations Executive to be the central point of contact between Employees, Customers and the Company. Assist the Operations Manager in performing site observation and ensure operation procedures are strictly adhered to. Responsibilities:

• Oversee inventory to meet production demands and avoid shortages.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.
• Adjust production schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Ensure product quality by working closely with the testing team.
• Schedule production staff according to workload requirements.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems for streamlined planning and scheduling.
• Supervise production staff for effective task completion as required.

Requirements :

• Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Experienced in material planning, inventory management, and proficient in ERP and MRP systems.
• Possess leadership and supervisory skills.
