We are seeking a responsible Operations Executive to be the central point of contact between Employees, Customers and the Company. Assist the Operations Manager in performing site observation and ensure operation procedures are strictly adhered to. We are looking for a Material and Production Planner to work with our expert Materials Management team. Do you have a passion for Materials Management? Then we would love to hear from you.

What you will do

• Maintaining inventory levels to support production and inventory targets through MRP, Min-Max and Kanban planning
• Work with RMC/Science Team to resolve raw material lot specification outliers to optimize inventory use
• Work with supervisors and manager to implement process improvements to achieve better inventory and production performance
• Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skillfully, and maintains confidentiality.
• Adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and can take care of frequent change, delays or unexpected events.

Who you are

• Bachelors degree and 1 year of supply chain experience
• Proficiency in office suites, effective time management and interpersonal skills; able to balance multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to manage supplier relationships
• Proven track record to execute and deliver on commitments
• Experience using ORACLE based MRP system and in a cGMP manufacturing environment preferred

Responsibilities:

• Oversee inventory to meet production demands and avoid shortages.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.
• Adjust production schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Ensure product quality by working closely with the testing team.
• Schedule production staff according to workload requirements.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems for streamlined planning and scheduling.
• Supervise production staff for effective task completion as required.

Requirements :

• Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Experienced in material planning, inventory management, and proficient in ERP and MRP systems.
• Possess leadership and supervisory skills.
